Perhaps no issue in the world is as significance(significant) as dream to people in nowadays. Chasing a goal based on reality, like an old custom, is so common in the society that most of us simply assure it is a good thing. But now, some people begin to wonder if a practical goal is suitable for them: Is it really pushes them forward? Despite various responses people may have on the topic concerning the issue regarding which side should they stand with. I, given the chance, prefer to endorse that the challenge(形容词形式) dream should have the primary consideration.
Many people know instinctively, just as beekeepers with their bees, that it always wiser and safer to face up to reality, even when it comes to the life goal. There is no denying that the foundation in reality is one of the most important factors when we consider our objectives. In my country, for example, many college students regard affording an own house as a dream, and this kind of practical goals lead them to make progress to have a comfortable life.
However, what these people fail to see is that they may become the utilitarianism when in such an age of materialism and they may feel empty after finishing the objective. But the challenging one would be a faith or a belief in their life and fulfills energy and gives encourages for them when they feel upset. Take myself as an example, I dream to have a chance to top investment banks in the world, such as JP MORGAN. So I decide to go aboard for further study to improve my competitive and make me better qualified for the position. But I just got a bad result on my TOEFL several mouths ago and I felt so upset and even thought about giving up. However, the dream in my mind encouraged me to struggle with the obstacle, so I still make effort to reach the target..
In addition, the other point I want to mention is that, someone will get a lot during the chasing for his goal. Having an ambitious dream like “I want to become next president ” is nothing wrong(? free from mistake ) because ,even it’s extremely unlikely to achieve it ,we still gradually learn ,in the process of getting this unrealistic dream, the necessary skills and qualifies that are required for a president. What we learn from the progress might be much more precious than the result we get.
In sum, from what have been discussed above, we could see the challenging dream might benefit us a lot. And a man without it, most of us believe, is an unfortunate victim of adverse circumstance, deprived of the greatest 21st century opportunities.

我也深有同感,想起当时考G的时候,加油!
