If a goal is worthy, then any means taken to attain it is justifiable.

The speaker asserts that when goal is valuable, attaining it in any way is justifiable. I strongly disagree with the view.

First of all, when it comes to politics, any good wills can't replace proper methods. When confronting with this case, Soviet Russia comes immediately to mind. The leaders of Soviet Russia want to make the industry of the country more advanced; make its economy more flourishing. But the leaders made a wrong decision to resort to an improper policy which limited the direction of scientists' investigation. As the leaders are not familiar with science, most of their opinions are improper. But the policy enforced the Soviet Russia scientists abort some excellent plans. And in such way, Soviet Russia lost many resources and was transcended by America. Though the wishes of Soviet Russia leaders are good, the means they resorted to is not justifiable and eventually cause a negative effect.

Moreover, when it comes to science, mean is also important for the reason that scientists must do their research without defying basic principles. History has ample examples that the ways of scientists' research defies moral and ethic. Take a glance at the Nazi scientists in World War two. They do their research by experimenting on live bodies. Obviously, they defied the spirit of science which requires scientists to serve all the people, though their original intention may be to attain science attainment and do good to human beings. And now put our attention to the current debate on clone. Several scientists insist on that clone technology will benefit people and continues their research in spite of government's ban. Perhaps their will is good, but their means to realizing it causes tension of all the people. Few people would agree that their ways are justifiable.

Additionally, when it comes to education, the speaker's view may be not only wrong but also terrible. The purport of education is to make the children become men with sound personalities. Though the importance of teaching knowledge should not be overlooked, educators should not only emphasize on the short-term effect of education. If so, the children may resist the way and be averse to education. In such way, a negative effect is achieved. Furthermore, if a child was educated in an improper way which enforces him to abort his own interest, he may be deeply influenced by this. And when he becomes a man, he may also use this way to educate his child or even other people's children.

In the final analysis, the speaker's view that when the goal is worthy, any means to achieve it is justifiable is totally untenable. As analyzed in the text above, doing things without resorting to a proper way is terrible.

结构上没有让步 显得有点绝对化 可能考官会认为你的逻辑不够全面 有些危险

苏联的例子我觉得有点偏哦 可不可考虑这样说

Aiming at stability and prosperity, the leaders of Communist Soviet Union forced the whole nation to give up their freedom and democracy to support the construction of the industry. It turned out that the mission has never be accomplished for the wrong path it took.  The adverse effect, namely the low income of the citizens and restraints on their freedom of speech, media and so on, far outweigh the benefit such as success in science and military. Although the purport of the former Russian leaders is supposed to be worthy, the means is so objectionable that could not possibly be warranted

The leaders of Soviet Russia want to make the industry of the country more advanced wanted to promote/stimulate the development of industy你看如何? ; make its economy more flourishing. But the leaders made a wrong decision to resort to an improper policy which limited the direction of scientists' investigation. As the leaders are not familiar with science, most of their opinions are improper. But the policy enforced the Soviet Russia scientists abort some excellent plans. And in such way, Soviet Russia lost many resources and was transcended by America(这个有点绝对,不是单一原因造成的). Though the wishes of Soviet Russia leaders are good, the means they resorted to is not justifiable and eventually cause a negative effect. 为什么会是通过限制科学家来发展工业?我不大清楚这个史实,不过通过一定程度上限制农业的发展来发展重工业,导致经济结构畸形,这个我倒是知道

Obviously, they defied the spirit of science which requires scientists to serve all the people, though their original intention may be to attain science attainment and do good to human beings(是吗?)And now put our attention to the current debate on clone. Several scientists insist on that clone technology will benefit people and continues their research in spite of government's ban. Perhaps their will is good, but their means to realizing it causes tension of all the people. Few people would agree that their ways are justifiable.
