思路：

1，eductaion is rather important to society. education encourages students to question and criticize ,but also should encourages students to coorperate and inherit the  good one ,besides education brings up students'  elaborative faculty. such merit do favor to our society .indeed ,sometimes it will make the social a little unharmony , however, it will bring a much bigger harmony at last.   
2,education teach not only question and criticize but alse ,,,,

3,if the education don't teach that what will the world be.

4,the social harmony is not a absolutely static state but a relativelly static state. little problem bring more hormony after so .there is no evidence to suggest that the ,,,of cource ,if crinic ,the bad thing is ,,,,
5,in conclusion,criticize make the world more beautiful.

In the era of really rapid social and technological change, education plays a more and more important and fundamental role in promoting our society harmony since not only education encourages students to question and criticize, but also education helps shape an ignorant child to a far-sighted, knowledgeable, cultured young man or women. The educated person will become the mainstay of society. Sometimes the society is mixed up with different voice which usually comes from the people who have be educated to question and criticize seems to counteract the social harmony, realistically, it promotes social harmony ultimately.

Just like anything else, education brings the society attractive rose as well as stinging thorn. As well as i know, the students have to learn so many subjects such as mathematics, literature, primary philosophy, physical education and so forth, nobody can do well with nothing more than question and criticism even Einstein. Undoubtedly, education encourages students to ponder, communicate, cooperate and so many other virtues which will be conductive to society harmony significantly, so it is unilateral and extreme to assert that "Education encourages students to question and criticize, and therefore does little to promote social harmony."

On the other hand , When it comes to the advantage of that education encourage students to question and criticize, let's imagine conversely what will happen if The education discourages it? Nobody questions, nobody criticizes, nobody finds anything that is not good enough or should be better , at the even worth, how can we expect one day they stands out to fight with discrimination, inequity? Then the Society will be full of evil under the beautiful cover of harmony. The most advantage of encouraging students to question and criticize is to make our society open. No absolute authority, no autarchy.  whenever there is a inconsequence ,there is a combat. On the surface, Criticism does little to promote social harmony, in the long term, it does.

Finally, Social harmony is not a absolutely static state but a dynamic balance while the confrontation between offence and defence in the society which never ends . No Criticize means no confusion at this stage not forever and means no advancement. The balance of social harmony is always transforming from one to another which is much more advanced one while the impetus is question and criticize. Incidentally, The brother of criticize and question, cynicism, which the students should pay attention to and avoid it .

In conclusion, Education encourages students to question and criticize as well as cooperate and being open-minded. There is no other way but education could excellently promote social harmony in the long term.
