Although there is a profession that is in charge of the company's human resource, without the support the corporate executive, it is very difficult to manage the staff of the company. The corporate executive not only manages the human resource, he should also try to keep the excellent employees in his company, such as providing profession training for them. Otherwise, the best employees may transfer to the company's competitive counterpart, which will cause great loss of the company. Moreover, the corporate executive is responsible for establishing the culture of the company, which is a vital element for the company to make more progress. In other words, the culture of the company may stimulate the employees and the executive to accomplish significant achievements. For example, the culture of Intel is creativity. In 1983, Andy Grove, the executive of Intel, made a vital decision that the Intel would give up DWAM and transferred its main industry into microprocessor, which reflects the culture of Intel. Creativity leads Intel to a new area of market and compete its opponents. Thus, a fundamental responsibility of the corporate executive is to managed the staff properly and set up a suitable culture of the company.

Furthermore, the corporate executive is also responsible to assist with the government and the society. Sometimes the ability of government is limited, for there are a lot of fields that need the government's support, such as education, citizen's welfare, the national construction, and so forth. Consequently, in order to achieve a better and stable society, the corporate executive may support the government. In other words, without a stable society, the enterprise itself is not able to develop. Also supporting the government is a good way for the company to repay the society. For instance, Bill Gates, the wealthiest person in the world, sets up a charity organization called Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In the past few years, the foundation has donated more than 24 billion dollars to the society to help the poor and finance the scientific searches for healing incurable diseases. Bill Gates makes every effort to bring us a better society and support the government to solve some serious problems. Therefore, supporting and assisting the government and society is also a responsibility of the corporate executive.

Admittedly, making much money is an essential responsibility of the corporate executive. The fortune that an enterprise has is a vital sigh of success. Also a means of judgment of a good corporate executive is how much money he can make for the company. Sequently, the corporate executive should make as much money as possible within the law. In addition, without much money, the corporate executive is not able to assist with the government to make the society better and better. And the culture of the company is based on the fortune, which means without enough money the company is likely to be bankrupt, in this case the culture is useless no matter how it is attractive. Hence, the support of enough fortune is the basis for the corporate executive to manage a enterprise and it is his essential work to make as much money as possible.
