The speaker conclude that their office-supply departments will become the most profitable component of their stores with the increase of stock of both the home office machines and office supplies. To support the conclusion, the speaker point out a work-at-home trend based on a survey. Scrutiny of this argument exposes several logical flaws, which render it unbelievable.

First of all, the survey cited in the argument here is too vague to be sound. From the survey little statistical reliability is provided and we likely to doubt whether the respondents constitute a sufficient large sample so as to represent the overall employees. It is possible that the survey only focused on the group of people who incline to take work home nowadays. Perhaps, the current work is more than it is in the past, and before long the amount of work will shrink much smaller. Without ruling out such possibilities, the reliance of this survey is questionable.

Secondly, even if the survey is of no problem, there still no assurance that the demand for the home office machines and office supplies will increase. Doing more work at home cannot equate requiring more appliances. If the home office work is easy and trivial and applies consume is so slow and small that the employees need not buy applies any more. Furthermore, the economic situation may restrain them buy any new machines or applies and just put the amount of work which need this process to other's machines or even take to their office. If so, whether the market is sufficient is up in the air.

Finally, even given the market is of no problem, the strategy to increase the stock of the products still lacks of guarantee. There are many other
alternatives to affect the sale. If the products are defective in quality or the price exceeds their merit, the sale may fall rather than increase. Meanwhile, if the big atmosphere of this industry is suffering from a depression, the Valu-Mart stores cannot avoid of such a fate as well. Sometimes, if the advertisement is not so attractive or the market is fraught of such product, people will not pay much attention at them. In short, taking these factors into consideration, it might be folly to follow the speaker's recommendation.

In sum, the speaker cannot convince me that increase the stock of products will lead to a good sale. To strengthen it, more detailed evidence should be provided.

总体还是不错,如果是限时的话。思路再清晰再深入点就更好了。

结尾反正也是废话了,故意短下来的。
中间的一些论点有的我认为不太重要,有的认为牵强了,就省略了。
b3忽略是为了不从ts跑题。要说的话,不要又要起一段,而且是小错误,就算了。
B1觉得我说的挺够,而且一些说法庭牵强的
