Therefore, critics are really contributing to the bloom and development of arts to some extent.  

However, the art is rather an individual thing, which needs self-expression and introspective. As is accepted by most people, art works need have their integrate features rather than be converted by too many different opinions. The essential of arts is the self-expression, which can be testified in many fantastic works in history. The Impression, Sunrise drawn by Monet, depicting the scenery of certain time and location, is actually showing the strong emotion of Monet, in dues and lights. The moonlight of Beethoven is not only a range of notes and a piece of melody, but also expresses the sincere love of the composer. After carefully valuing the prominent art works, we will find these works are not the conclusions of other's views, and seldom disturbed by others, but inventions of the authors' innate emotional expression. And after the works have done, it is the artists themselves to modify and improve, as they have the introspective sensitivity to make their works more expressive and attractive. Therefore, to some extent, the critics could not intervene the essential character of arts.

As we know, most famous artists insist on their understanding of arts. The persistence to what they chase in arts sometimes would make them hard to go, especially when the critics are discordant with their opinions. However, his thought to show the true world was not acknowledged by the critics, who criticized his work too dark and demanded him to paint it again. The Rembrandt did not abbey, and his life went descendent after that, which probably influence the progress of his painting faction. Anther example comes from the Soviet Union in 1960s, which totalized every affair in the country then. The sovereign made the arts stagnant for decades. Therefore, artists need enough space and friendly atmosphere to accomplish their works. If not, the inspiration would probably be limited, so would the prosperity of arts.
