Actually, the video camera is a very important form of document to record contemporary life. In contrast to written records, we can fide that both of them have their respective characteristics which can’t compare with each other, so the conclusion that the video camera as a form of document has became more important than written records is unpersuasive. I will clarify my stand as follows.

Admittedly, the video camera is an accurate and convincing record of contemporary life. As an example, TV station interview people and film every news by video camera, and bring daily news to millions of people by showing these moving pictures on TV. The video camera also can make an event known to public as a documentary film, such as we should record the process of the competition of Olympiad in order to show it on TV to overall audiences in the world and this record also can be supervised that whether the competition is fair.

However, the written record is also very important as video camera and it has some superiority which the video camera can’t instead. First, excerpting the TV news, another main mess media is newspaper. As we known, the news on the newspaper is most gathered by the method of written records. It reveals that the written records can bring the information as same as video camera. Secondly, written record has a special ability that it can record a man’s innermost thoughts and feelings. For instance, all of the great philosophers use the written records to write down their ideas into works. Why do they never try to use video camera? Ruling out the price and other factors, in deed, the  written languages is often much more formal and more worthy to think deeply about every words than moving pictures. Moreover, the cost of written records is much lower than video camera. The video camera is the child of contemporaneity technology and it certainly should cost more money than a traditional form of document which only need paper and pen for recording. As a result, the written record is still a very important form of document for most common people.  

In addition, to some extent, video camera and written records could be used together in contemporary life, such as the newsreader often reads written record when the TV shows moving pictures to let the audiences understand the news clearly.

To sum up, although the video camera is a very significant form for recording, from what I analyzed above, it still can’t take place of written records.

首先说明，我不care红绿线问题，这个在word里自行解决，最好是在贴上来以前，语言我自己也不行就不误人子弟了
在说正题，整篇文章思路结构还是清晰的，b1的让步以及b2的说written的优点都不错，就是结尾真的是一下把整篇文章拉了下来，而且段也没分，难道是时间不够了？sum简短一点倒也无妨，那个in addition看上去就只有一个简单的例子一句话，应该再充实些，草草的收场一下子就感觉不好了
