70"In any profession—business, politics, education, government—those in power should step down after five years. The surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership."

分成了非盈利和盈利组织
1.        任期限制防止滥用权力
2.        常换领导利于及时纠正错误,不断创新
3.        在商业领域,情况不能简单考虑

Power, a tricky word, sometimes plays a crucial role in helping achieve one's feat, but sometimes it may destroy one's mind or even life. How to handle it? In my view, in those nonprofit areas, the leader, who holds power should step down after a limited tenure, maybe as the speakers asserts, five years. It is a proper path to keep enforcing the strength of an organization. While in some for-profit areas, the situation is more complicated.

To begin with, in those nonprofit areas, mostly a democratic organization, such as in politics education and government, the leader is usually elected by the mass and serves as the one whom in charge of the public. Take a democratic society and a feudal society for a comparison. The president of the former is elected by the public. He is empowered by the public and takes in charge of the country in his tenure, usually four to five years. If he wants to continue his leading role, he has to perform outstanding in his tenure and win the support and confidence from the mass of people in the country. On the contrary, as Sir Acton once said: absolute power leads to absolute corruption, the leader in a feudal society, the seigneur, has no fear of losing his power, is usually inclined to abuse it. History has informed us that hundreds of seigneurs in the past who abused their power were finally toppled by his people and earned a poor ending. For the well-being of the organization, the priority rule is to avoid the leader from abusing his power.

In the second place, another advantage of a limited tenure of the leader is to have a opportunity to bring new ideas and justify the mistakes of the past in time. Let us still focus on a democratic society, the new president who take the former one's position is surely the one who performed exceptional in his previous related job, which in another word, he is also a man with great ability. For a wise president, he has to possess both passion and calmness in his mind. Passion means he has the willing of leading his country stepping forward. Calmness represents that he has the ability to find the deficiencies of the former’s work and modifies them in his tenure. If it is not a democratic society, conscious or unconscious, the leader may possibly fail to detect his mistakes, let alone admit them and justify them. The society is more likely to follow a biased direction and accordingly harms the public's benefits.

However, although in most of the places, the method of limited tenure functions well, the essential standard to judge it is whether the condition of the organization is improved. In some areas, usually, in business field, to complete a long run goal some enterprises do not follow this rule. Especially in those enterprises whose top leader is also the founder of the company. Donald Trump, the most successful business leader in realty of the world. His enterprise is growing gradually under his leadership period by period. Hardly is there anyone has the courage to criticize his leadership. Instead, millions of people are dreaming to be his apprentice. Business is entirely different from politics, to achieve the goal is the most important and democracy means little to such area. The one who owns the company, if he is also the executive leader, would never give up his power until he has fulfill his goal.

In sum, to limit the leader’s tenure may serve well in those nonprofit democratic organizations. To those for-profit areas, such as in business, the situation is more complex.

我没怎么改,大概看了一下你的结构,发现有跑题的可能(我自己的理解)

(这两句好像没有用,与个人没什么关系,更不应该是how,而应该写点东西为why  should the power be renewed?服务) In my view, in those nonprofit areas, the leader, who holds power should step down after a limited tenure, maybe as the speakers asserts, five years. 后面就没怎么看了,不好意思,思路不想跟上去了... 你的语言比我好多了,读着挺舒服的...

我对题目的理解:作者认为(领导更换——>任何企业的成功——>建议任何企业每五年更换领导 )
关键还是在第一个环节:
要是赞同观点:就是领导更换确实可以使企业成功(写领导换届注入活力之类的例子和分析)
写成反对的更好写些:1、换了新领导不一定使企业成功
                              2、不换领导也可以使企业成功(写领导连任比如罗斯福、学术界的院士多年的带头作用等)
可以写成有保留的反对
然后各个部分可以穿插你的盈利、非盈利组织的各情况

我后来是觉得nonprofit 和forprofit分得有些别扭,
结合你的建议我得好好改改了
其实就是想说三点
换领导防止腐败,换领导带来新鲜,有时并非绝对。
举的例子方面有点跑,但是我觉得这个思路并没有跑, 现在主要是防止自己在论述时偏离方向,再就是时间问题对我来说是个大问题。

我觉得你的开头得先表明一个立场,最好是比较一下原论题的作者,呵呵,可能是我太受老外280的影响了,:)
你的语言很好啦,呵呵,我自叹不如,我的都是堆砌出来的,自己读着都很别扭!
