article:
The nature law must be obeyed by human being. In fact, the growth of the civilization has been relied on the knowledge of the nature law and makes use of the nature law. No one cares about whether it is impartial or not, but it is a resonance that we must become accustomed it, or we will be enforced to vacate form the history stage. The law enacted by human own ought to be. Unlike the morality law is a forcible regular of society. Considering both the nature and the man-made law makes us obligatory to follow them.
The nature law is god's law. We never ask whether it is just or not. But all of us must entrust it and follow it. For example, though all of people must face on the death as it is a nature rule, different people have different natural life. Mozart, a talent pianist, dead on 35 ages old while Beethoven, another famous pianist on the same period with Mozart, has a 57 years natural life. Is this just? No, this is a fine example and demonstrates that the nature law is inequitable indeed. Instead of estimating the nature law we pay more attention to how to comply with it and depend on it to change the world. On the other hand, resisting the nature law will lead to punishment. A brief example would be that it is easier walking in wind than walking against wind.
Furthermore, the man-made law is body of official rule and social regular needs abidance by us, as the nature law, more than opposition. We have different attention to between nature law and man-made law because we are the part of the society. Comparing with the nature law we may boast our effect to the man-made law and evaluate the justice of it. As a result, we imagined there are two kinds of laws, just and unjust and try to define some of them are unjust according to us situations. In modern democratic states, individual liberty and requirement is so important in society that the law adjust itself for majority’s sakes. If we are the part of the majority we will judge the law just, but we are out of the majority we will allege the law unjust. We pursue a perfect law which satisfies all of us and we named it as just law. As a matter of fact, the man-made law found for the social needs but for the compromise of all people.
In sum up, the laws both nature and man-made are regulars of the word and balance all aspects of world, such as the relationship between human being and the nature, the social development and the demand of people. Law, which can not meet the natural and social needs, will be substituted by new one. In the end, the natural choosing law can found suitable law and every individual in society has a responsibility to obey it. |
