I got an e-mail and a package. I do not have an interview.

PHD , $21000/yr

I did not have "niu" recommendation letters.
Also, I think they do not care about the T/G score because mine are too low.
I have some research experience (composites; block copolymers).
I feel that they pay attention to the applicants' research experience.

However, I just know I am denied by UT-Austin (chemical engineering). I feel so down because I like hot weather.
