Dear Mr. *:

         We are recommending your acceptance to the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York for the Fall 2006 semester of the academic year 2006-2007 to pursue a program of studies leading to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.  This admission is pending final review of your application and determination of your eligibility to receive the official documents necessary for the Student Visa by the Office of International Admissions.

The following web site: http://studentresponse.buffalo.edu/news/newgradstudents.shtml will provide you with all of the latest information about centralized services related to registration, obtaining a UBCard, accessing your UB IT name and email address, immunization requirements, etc.

         You will be notified by April 15 if you are a recipient of a teaching assistantship.

         All foreign students must submit adequate financial documentation (dated within one year of intended enrollment) to receive their I-20s.

         We would appreciate your completing the enclosed statement and returning it to this office.

附件里面还粘了两个文件，让填完了寄过去。

是还需要office的确认和审核，就是看看能不能发visa的，但是基本没有这个不通过的，所以我就认为是AD了，是不是有点武断啊？
