Our mordern era has been marked with tremendous brilliant achievements made by humanities. Among those achievements, most of them were created partly because of the personal socializing, which enable smooth cooperation as well as fierce competition to come into being. As for childern, who would serve as the main and critical role of the impetus and the reason for the developmet of our society in the future, how these youngsters are socialized is undoubtly determines the destiny of our society. While admitting that, we have to face the reality and concede with reluctance that  some critical roles, who should have assumed the responsibility of inducting the children today, have not yet mastered the skills to raise them properly, in order to bring about a better society.
After all, most of the achievements today are not complished by an individual alone, throughout the holistic process of the research and exploitation. During the course toward a particular goal, one has to resort to other utilities from time to time, yet in most cases, the utilities including valuble ideas, encouragement, material tools, energy from others, and so forth, are not invariably available at hand. Thereby, he or she would inevitably exert all his or her abilities to absorb the energy from others. The abilities are relevant closely to the level of one's socializing, which should be managed since one's childhood. When a child fathom and tend to master the basic skills concerning socializing, he/she would learn to face issues of acceptance, fitting in, exclusion, as well as social comparision, all of which are indispensiable in a mordern society for one to obtain a particular aim. Thus, how children are socialized today determines the destiny of society.
However, after taking a glance of our status in quo, we have to concede that some of the critical parts still cannot learn to how to raise and induce children toward successfully socializing. Parents, for example, who assume the most key roles in inducing and educating their own children, before them are accessible to the further formal education in school. In reality, our parents are usually put their emphasis excessively on developing their children' intellligence, negleting other respects such as phsycological understanding , social maturity and problem-solving skills. They also oversight their essencial duties in supporting their children’s self-esteem, defining and reinforcing values, promoing academic success, enable participation in neighborhood and community activities. As a result, the phenomenon that lots of talented but agressive boys or girls with confrontational behaviors are rejected by their peers. And the depression derived from that as well as lack of reliable cheerleaders and intimate peers would make them fade into obscurity, though excellent intelligence is endowed with them,

Besides, our community also should have endeavored to setting our childern into the environment where they can fully develop the socializing skills, as well as other basic skills. The group or club grants children the opportunities to own a sense of identity, in which all the numbers share the same interest, value and aim. Yet in actuality, most of the groups are not permitted by our comminity. Since they believe that our children should all have entirely the seemly and healthy atmosphere, which is created by the formal organizations, such as the government. It is ridiculous to assume that children are all dolls being exhibited even in the same store. This measure does little use to promoting their socializing. They can only be stiff, not knowing how to communicate with others effectively, how to redirecting the awkard situation with humor, and how to negotiating or even compromising at the proper time.
In sum, the destiny of our society are determined by our children, excisingly speaking, by their abilities mainly in suiting for the larger environment. Nonetheless, we have to be aware of and remedy the unperfect status in quo as soon as possible, training our parents to be qualified to instill their children with basic emotional skills, to ensure them to face the increasingly complex world.
