Now a days, we all find that children's socialization is concering even determing the desting of society. The problem is how could we rise these children and make them do more contribution to our society. Because of the expect of a better future of decades, some people argue that an instruction style of raising children should be determined and learned by today's people. Will this way do effective to a better future? It seems that this wish can't be completed for several reasons.

Society's development depends on the eager of studying but not a standred style of learning. From ancient to now, we can just learn from commen sense that people's instruction style has almost no change. But rockets have gone into the space, people have known another small world by microspectrum, and internet technology has made the dream of contacting people all over the world come true. Society still developed quickly for the hard working from generous to generous. Besides, genior individuals also occured frequently in the history. Einsten, Bill 盖茨，basketball player Mical Jodan, all these  people are out standing in their domains. Now can you still insist that we don't know how to raise children who can help bring about a better society? No!

One day, if we really learn a instruction style which shows us it can raise all children become scientists--the best job in most parents' minds. Then who will creative art for them to reduce the press of the world? Who will manage the society in the goverment to regular people's activities? Who can help them clean the cities? And who will become farmmers to solve the problem of hungry? The balance of society needs the working of all kinds of people in different careers and this is the fundimentalof the society's development.

How could we raise children who will handle the destiny of society? 中国有个成语--因材施教。It is also the teaching method used by Mr. Kong, the most famouse instructer in China who had three thousand students in 年代. Discover a child's 特长 and encourage him or her working hard on it, this is the right way to bring up a useful person to the society. He or she will be the best student of one's own interests.
