No two pieces of leaves of a forest are similar, and this also is applied to human beings. The education portion of one country to feed itself development is considered to be very vital no matter what era it is in. In sum, as for how to make education effective or successful, it seems to divide into two classes ,one is to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, and other is to fulfill the needs of one country itself. The former is likely to more reasonable if education would be truly effective.

Admittedly, every educated individual whose capability is different, talent is more or less higher or lower, and interests are not the same one, effective education learn to this point, then
put some interests-based guidance on the class so that some student did not give their study up at interval ,hence the effective education appear. In the other hand, Form beginning of our education ,firstly it should not be particularly cling to meet the individual needs or interests of each student, not so much because of no important, and effectively teachers have to apply with basic knowledge to every student such as logicality, justice of immoral or not, arithmetic or literature and so forth. Therefore, the student keeps catch of these which are commonly considered as basic knowledge, is more competing than others who are not enough.

When individual comes to an end with holding some common knowledge, Not only is the purpose of education naturally the means of offering knowledge ,but for meeting everyone’s needs and requirement or qualities.the education is the preservation and enhancement of knowledge and the development of character within individual needs and interests of each student which will best prepare the individual for the condition of extreme novelty the near future is bringing. The society did not need everyone as an occupation of lawyers or doctors.Different kinds of flowers are cultivated by different climates and temperatures.

In short , a student who is fond of the botany, is not always to learn literature ,but not the ability of literary. will be blocked or losing to more deeper learning due to unclear of thesis of other botanist. Having hold of basic knowledge  Education meet the individual needs and interests of each student is more significant.

Nowadays in our society, there exist many problems between realities and imagination that are not able to be solved by a simple matter of knowledge or accumulated experiments without the ability of any reasoning or cognitive skills .Hence the intellect involved reasoning and other cognitive skills takes a very irreplaceable role, as a portion of the intellect, so that any government endowed by responsibility should be prone to bid enough emphasis on the intellect- that is,on reasoning and other cognitive skills.
2. Nobody denies a fact that considerably somewhat you tried to achieve would well done without the help of any logical or arithmetic, even cognitive sense, which are considered as IQ-that is the intellect.
3 .some progressives of a society are close with talents whom particular intellect would make a key on act. but if Society place enough or less emphasis on the intellect of every person , it could rise up with some disasters leading to disorder the society
4.All what have been discussed above cause a conclusion that certainly a priority to society having an emphasis on the intellect

1．It is no use offering a part of faculty. tried out with a hard week’s research and teaching ,the chance of admitting to work outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach,just as the manual labourer with wholly week’s sweat and effort to play a game of football or baseball.
2 . Granted, that it is not effective or less sufficient to lift the quality of instruction up for some faculty who have not enough time or energy to spare or plunge into professions relevant to the courses they teach. Idealists thought that human beings have limitless passion, but in fast that are impossible.
3. The faculty ought to divide into two classes, one’s instruction is relevant to practices such as journalism or mass communication. More working outside the academic world is more rational to improve the quality of instruction at the college and university level,and others are inclined to analyze or summarize knowledge,which is more fix to concentrate into the platform.
4 the real improvement of instruction at the college and university level will take round with different needs for every subject. The balance of working inside and outside the academic world should get much more attention rather than a requirement for all faculty.

1. We need genius. it may be said that most born genius have special talents and abilities,which make a process of all society. In order to transcend precedence at some fields. it is necessary to feed more training for them at an early age
2. Unfortunately, the effect on putting every talent into a suitable position is not enough at all,
Some people are fixed to do uninterested things all the life due to unpredictable reasons .Even thought these who have more qualities or intellect than usual, inevitably it also follows with a failure destiny in the future.
3. the fortune’ favorite children are doom to belong to those children who have special talents and abilities and begin training them at an early age, Moreover, it seems that more chances appear in their success to beyond the their areas of ability.
4 In sum,the chance is cling to the promising talents who are on advance. Otherwise, these talents are likely to remain undeveloped

1．        In one’s early days, every educated person has two instructors-Teachers and Parent ,At the same time, we are all under the effect of surrounding because we are conditioned by communities
2．        Education is not a easy thing ,and where professional educator stand alone themselves should been much wider including both parents and communities. Everything will be to hand to such a degree if educators ,parents and communities cooperate with each other
3．        If professional educators were considered as unique instructors to students and should bear full responsibilities for education,then society will meet a horrible disaster that leads to a large number of criminal behaviors.
4．        Relevant parents and communities should take the task of education very well. what parents and communities should done are what professional educators did not finish. Thus ,a well-developed educational plan will become more effective or reasonable.


还是发觉自己太差了，GRE的高级词汇根本没能用上，句子结构还是不能天马行空，各种词汇转换，变化不灵活。
GRE单词 我按杨棚老师的17天搞定GRE的方法背完了，发现只能知道意思，不能用。我想就算拿中文写这些作文，还是不能用一些高级中文词汇！哎！！
我在背New concept 我倒着背，才背了4篇。背的时候，很简单，一个半小时就可以搞定一篇600到800的文章。但是，忘得也快。
练作文，才开始2天。上面写的就是我不复习的水平了。没有检查。可能还有提升的空间。大家一起加油吧！

  Education is about improving each student's ability and encouraging them to be future leaders of our society. It will not be truly effective unless the individual needs and interests of each student are satisfied.
  
  Each student's potential capacity won't be realized until their special needs and interests are met. Every student is a unique one and different from others. A student would have his or her own needs. Educators should offer different contents to different students. As the proverb says, one man's food is poisonous for another. We can hardly find a universal solution for all of them. We have to admit that different people have different talent. As a young boy, Mozart showed his wonderful talent in playing piano. If educator forced this young boy to learn math and phyics, and asked him to be a physician without even considering his great talent, surely we would lose a great musician and get an average physician as a result. How can we say our education is effective, if we turned a potential great musician into an average physician? Instead of being rigid, education should be flexible and customerized to meet students' diffent needs. Exam-oriented education system only eliminates the characters and talents of students.
  
  However, some people may argue that we cannot offer everything that students want, for education resource is really limited. In my opinion, it just depends on your understanding about education. If education is simply defined as school education, then education resource is limited for sure. Nevertheless, we have a huge number of facilities that students can count on besides what school education can offer. What is more, education should be regard as a life long process rather than school education. Students may get what they want from public museums, libraries, national laboratory, and the Internet. In every country, public libraries, museums and observatories are open to students. What the educators should do is to encourage and help students to know how to make use of these facilities. The individual needs and interests will be satisfied when a student opens the door to all the resources he wants.
  
  Although some critics hold the opinion that students may be misleaded by their own interests and forget to concentrate on what they should learn in school, I doubt it. The school education system has asked students to learn all the lessons of common sense that a person should have. And students have learned how to resolve questions by themselves. They are the basic elements for a person to pursue what really intrigues him.
  
  As for the student, he cannot simply wait for people to design an education model for him. It is him who designs it for himself. It is him who knows what he wants and what is his interested on. Nobody designed education for Einstein and told him how to prove the relative theory. Einstein himself found where the way is. After getting enough support from educators, students should do the rest job by themselves.
  
  Education should not be simply regarded as school education. Educators may help students get education from libraries, from museums. As a person who knows him the most, student himself should design the life-long education for himself. Thus, education could be effective for him.
