According to this statement, scandals are useful in politics, academic, or other areas and are responsible for the focus on our attention on problems in ways that no speaker or reformer ever could. I concede that scandals could attract our attention in some ways that speakers and reforms cannot. However,  in my view, we should not ignore the importance of the speaker and reformer.

Admitly(呵呵~typo~ Admittedly), scandal are(scandals are/ scandal is) available in some  areas such as politics. What does scandal mean? It means a disgraceful event or ignominious gossip  about the private lives of other people. To some extent, scandal can tell us some problems about our government or politics leaders that we would easily  ignore. For instance, Bill Clinton's scandals, from whitewater to Travelgate to Filegate to the Monica Lewinsky matter known to public, also indicates some things that we can hardly konw from other ways. Moreover, people have more interet(typo啊typo, interest) in scandal and the degree of it is what we cannot imagine. Some political leader-elect's campaign receives black money(呃@@ bribery吧……), and these leaders do their possible (??什么意思？？5555),  to conceal it because of being eascaped (escaped),  from resignation. As long as this becomes a scandal, we would focus our attention on it and have much more interest. Because scandals bring us a sense of mystery and curiosity.

Moreover, scandal also place an important position in academic.These academic scandals esposes (exposes),  the unethical or erroneous work of a major academic figure. Victor Ninov, was a researcher in the nuclear chemistry group. His work was proved to be fraudulent and an unusually high-profile scandal followed. The Sokal Affair, was a hoax took by physicist Alan Sokal on the editorial staff and readership of a leading journal in the academic humanities. This exerts a considerably strong impact on the academic world. And if this problem in academic world develop more severely, it is possible that few people will accept academic achivement (achievement),  in future. On the bright side of this scandal (??嗯？？是说从好的一方面理解academicals scandals么？感觉有点想让步，以为你后面还想批驳呢~),, it tell us that we should not have any cheat or deception in our study or research.

However, we cannot overlook that speakers and reformers have an influnce (influence),  on  the problem. In some circumstances, speakers and reformers can attract our attention in ways as scandals do. But there is a huge difference between them. For example, a speech took by a speakers can fan the flame, but a scandal could hardly do this. Because a scandal is (is去掉，lack改成lacks),  lack of emotion, thought and life. (最好再说一些为什么是这样？after all，从你上一段的例子来看，scandals还是很有意思的嘛~ :P),  Moreover, some people just see the surface of the scandal and do not  know the sense deep in it. A scandal will become a tool of entertainment if we take it too far. As matter of facts, in this situation, speakers and reformers could tell us more genuine information.

Consequently, due to analysis mentioned above, which sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuasive than any one of them, we may safely arrive at the conclusion that either speakers and reformers or scandals could focus our attention on problems as well as exert an impact on our society and our lives thought in the same ways or different ways. 我觉得我在写的当中，思维非常乱，不知道有什么办法解决这个困饶人的问题。特别写到第四段的时候都写不下去了，好象没有什么话说。
