It is the fact that most people recognize the benefits of individuality, and pursue the goal of person demand in economy. When faced with such claim that personal economic success requires conformity, I hold the opposite point of view that though conformity is important in the pursuit of individual benefits, the spirit of competition also play an indispensable role in the process, and one should balance them well in the success of economic.

As the threshold matter, it is true that conformity is necessary in the personal economic success, for in most cases, the profit of a group usually brings up the benefit of individuals. Such is the fact that in a world full of competition, it is wise to ally with others to be more competitive and effective to beat the contestants and accomplish large projects hardly achieved by single effort and thus attain the benefit both of the group and person. And the product of popular films is self-proved to be a good example for the ideal cooperation of actor, conductor and film-maker associated with publisher, which creates benefit for each member. In the membership, good actors are needed to interpret the film exactly and the high tech to modify the film to be attractive, and attain large amount of profit with the successful publishing. Thus, it is necessary for conformity to court personal economic success.

Meanwhile, the spirit of competition is also required in the pursuit of personal economic success. Since the spirit of competition contributes to the improvement of individuals to be more competent and the trend to beat contestants, it will benefit to personal success in economy. For one hand, the improvement of individual leads to a more capable and competitive individual and thus more likely to beat other competitors and succeed to achieve personal benefit. For another hand, a capable and competitive individual is attractive in a more effective and competitive cooperation, resulting from the fact that a power-to-power association is much powerful and competitive. The combination of Sony and Erisson, for instance, is allied the top technology of both Erisson and Sony to produce a more powerful and popular mobilephone. Hence, one should possess the spirit of competition to improve oneself to be more competent.

However, both of conformity and competition is elementary in the pursuit of personal economic success, one should well balance the two and be successful, for the fact that overmuch conformity and competition impede the courting. It is the self-evidence that conformity and competition interact in such aspects. For one thing, competition stimulates and benefit to conformity to be more competitive while over competitive is an obstacle of conformity, for over competition leads to malignant competition and trend not to cooperation. For another thing, conformity strengthens competition while over conformity restricts competition, for the over conformity leads to the trend to unify and confine the trend to compete and thus improvement. As a result, one should well balance the two term and be ready to cooperate and self-improve.

To sum up, according to what had been discussed above, a conclusion could be drawn safely that the sprit of both and competition and conformity is indispensable in the courting for personal economic benefit, but one should learn to well balance the two matters for the interaction between them and pursue the personal benefit in the succeed of economy.

the topic in your 3rd paragragh is the usefulness of competition in single individual. but the example of Sony and Erisson would conversely undermine your viewpoint in this paragraph.
