Nowadays , a large number of people believe it is more important for students to understand ideas and concepts .And I am agree with them . The main reasons are listed as follows.
In the first place , ideas and concepts are important during students’ study. Students can not innovation and reform unless they understand ideas and concepts. For example, built building .The higher building is ,the deeper foundation is. Well ideas and concepts are just like the foundation, the innovation and reform are like the high building. Now, you see how important ideas and concepts are.What’s more, we should pay more attention on ideas and concepts when we study.
In the second place, the deeply understanding of ideas and concepts can help students learn facts faster and more completely. As the proverb goes: Practice makes perfect. With the basic knowledge, innovation and reform is no longer a problem. As we all know, now society is full of the increasingly fierce social competition. People are faced with new opportunities and challenges everyday. Then innovation and reform is so important that people can catch up with the society’s development.
In summary ,understand ideas and concepts is really important and useful for students to learn fact.

问题比较明显。
1. 题目问的是 A和B哪个更重要？ 你应该论证因为A有什么什么好处，所以A重要。而不能说因为A重要（你的第一个论点）所以A重要。逻辑矛盾。且第二段最后一句话不应该用WHAT'S MORE连接。建议改成THEREFORE.
2. 第二个论点是正确的，但是后面的话和例子没有论证它。实践很重要，创新改革很重要，怎么能推出理解概念可以让学习事实变得更快呢？
3. 全都是理论。需要例子让你的论证有说服力，同时文章生动。
