I don't agree with the speaker's assertion which divided laws into two different types and then draw a conclusion on how to face them. What really make sense is that laws is a kind of regulation created by governments to keep our society on a good behavior ,and whether to obey it or not depends on the particular situation.

Whether there are absolute just laws and unjust laws is rarely an easy question. As we know, the law system is built up in the process of human history which resemble our high civilization and development of wisdom. What really make us different from the ancient society is a sort of mind, one has a trend to behave ourselves and be able to regulate beyond them. As time passed by ,law turned up. Although no one can tell when is the exact time the laws turned up, what almost become a common sense is that laws play an important role in our society what persisting our world well-regulated without which our everyday life will be in a mess. However, many regulation of our current laws such as the prohibition of marriage until proper age or that teenagers aren't be able to enter web-pubs until 18 years old in China, at the same time, similar laws maybe different in various of fields. It is hard to say what kind of laws is just while another is unjust. And in this place, what we need to do is to judge if it can make a significant advances and contribution to keep our society step forward.

We should disobey some kind of laws which really harm our rights and try our best to fix it. During the time of Civil war, America's 16th president, Lincoln, make a good example of abandoned slavery laws and thus liberate black slaves in the south America, meaning a collapse of the racial discrimination.

On the other hand, we should obey laws during our life times to behave ourselves and only in this way, laws will really make a difference. Take transportation for example, with the laws of transition, the wide road and hanging out by bus or underground has come into possibilities, what a terrible and mess scene is about to appear when everyone disobey the transportationregulation? Most of us would even hard to image this.

What's more, laws should involve with time in which way keeping it from becoming illegitimate. Another striking example is the amendments of the American's institution. Up to now. there are 27 regulations who has been complemented and fixed which is three times more than it's regulation.

In sum, we should not judge law with whether it is just or unjust, but with legitimacy or rationality. What really make sense is that with laws, our society and the whole world is well-regulated, and that it is with laws we can have a sense of being protected and have a better sort of life.
