题目:ISSUE17 - "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."
字数:395          用时:00:39:55          日期:2009-2-11

Should every individual in a society obey just laws and disobey and even resist unjust laws? The speaker alleges so, I concede that it is justifiable that every one obey just laws , and that they could disobey or resist unjust laws, yet, when it come to responsibility, such a case is not indispensable.

The implicate rational behind the statement  referred  to that  the characteristics of laws are rated and would not change, however, there is not clear criteria between just and unjust. Even though just law will bring us equality and an awareness of fairness, the scenario will changes from time to time. On the contrary, unjust is  relative. We could not attain any conclusion without a clear definition between the critical notions-just law and unjust law.

I concede that the allege that resistance to unjust laws is important, in that there are several merits to do so. First, to confront unjust is a crucial force of revolution. The revolution in Europe  religious reformation and Renaissance are both rooted in the feeling of unjust laws upon puritan and merchants.
Unfair brings about determination to eliminate it , change the surroundings, control the government and ultimately make a new legislation. In addition, Unfair laws deteriorate the sensitive  relationships between social classes insight the poor and lower class to revolve.

However, In more scenarios, It might be tempting to disagree with the speaker on the basis that the resistance and disobedience of people are only force to defeat unjust laws. Not to take the assertion too extreme is important, Resistance unlegislated is not only dangerous ,but also goes without  outcome. We could draw a bloody lesson
from June revolution in Paris and the invalid resistance of Nazi's capacities in the World war II ,which leads to needless sacrifice.

There are a good deal of alternative solutions to cope with unjust laws. For instance, the individuals who are unfairly treat could elect their own leaders and gradually attain a new legitimate, utilize the public and private media, such as internet,  Television, and Newspapers to broader their awareness of the unjust laws.

In a word, it is justifiable that every one obey just laws , and that every individual has his or her right to  disobey or resist unjust laws, nevertheless,  no responsibility in this exists. consider that there are many alternative solutions, both individual disobey or resist unjust laws is not  wise choices.

Should every individual in a society obey just laws and disobey and even resist unjust laws? The speaker alleges so, I concede that it is justifiable that every one obey just laws , and that they could disobey or resist unjust laws, yet, when it come to responsibility, such a case is not indispensable.(开头简洁,表达了观点,不错)

The implicate rational(词性不对吧?) behind the statement  referred  to that  the characteristics of laws are rated and would not change, however, there is not(no) clear criteria between just and unjust. Even though just law will bring us equality and an awareness of fairness, the scenario will changes from time to time. On the contrary, unjust is  relative. We could not attain any conclusion without a clear definition between the critical notions-just law and unjust law.(分两种情况讨论评判标准的复杂性,很好!)

I concede that the allege that resistance to unjust laws is important, in that there are several merits to do so. First, to confront unjust is a crucial force of revolution. The revolution in Europe  religious reformation and Renaissance are both rooted in the feeling of unjust laws upon puritan and merchants.(例子和论点结合得很好!赞!但结构上稍稍有点欠缺,既然是several merits,用first说完一个优点并举例后应该接着说后一个,不要放下一段~)

Unfair brings about determination to eliminate it , change the surroundings, control the government and ultimately make a new legislation(词性不对,change和control都应该用名词或名词性短语). In addition, Unfair laws deteriorate the sensitive  relationships between social classes insight the poor and lower class to revolve.

However, In more scenarios(这个用法是否地道存疑~~~可能other更好), It might be tempting to disagree with the speaker on the basis that the resistance and disobedience of people are only force to defeat unjust laws. Not to take the assertion too extreme is important, Resistance unlegislated is not only dangerous ,but also goes without  outcome. We could draw a bloody lesson from June revolution in Paris and the invalid resistance of Nazi's capacities in the World war II ,which leads to needless sacrifice.(例子不错~论证语言可以再美化一点,感觉逻辑点与前面段的结合还不够好~)

(论证的中心似乎有点偏~作者再仔细体会下~)

In a word, it is justifiable that every one obey just laws , and that every individual has his or her right to  disobey or resist unjust laws, nevertheless,  no responsibility in this exists. consider that there are many alternative solutions, both individual disobey or resist unjust laws is not  wise choices.
