  Is it right that in order to enhance the quality of education of college and university level, all faculty should be asked to gain some working experience outside about the academic course which professions teach? The speaker claims so. Nevertheless, in my view it is not necessay or a must to require all faculties to spend time in working outside.
  Admittedly, I concede that, to some extent, there are some academic fields which place more emphasis on pragmatic than theory such as accounting, finance and sale promotion whose teaching quality would be improved if professions have some experience on his or her own academic field. No matter what others may said, each individual has to agree with that the emphasis of teaching these practical should be utilization. Consider, for example, if I were a student of sale promotion, I would like to have a lecture who has worked in this field for we all share a belief that sale promotion is an art of persuading others whose skills of promotion cannot be understood thoroughly if the skills are not taken into practice. In a word, when it comes to the courses of college and university that need more practice, the experiment of the lectures in the field is indispensible.
  However, what is not of necessity is all faculty as the speaker asserts should spend time in jobs outside for the reason that some deciplins concentrate more on theory. A case in point to illustrate my view is that theory physics, obviously, the professors who teaching theory physics donot need to work in society for this subject requires its researchers to pay more attention on the induction of formulas. what is more, no cooperations need to employ a person of theory physics. Tour our attention to another  more persudive case--philosophy, rightly or wrongly, we would agree that philosophy is an subjects which requires learners to read large amount of books to strong their ability of thinking. Unfortunately, this ability cannot be provided through working outside, only when scholars in philosophy devoted in the sea of books in libraries can he make a stunning progress in the domnation. Simply put, the speaker overlooks the fact that working outside for many of deciplines in college and university is unneeded.
  Moreover, it is ture that the measure of requiring outside experiment of professors can ficilated the qulatiy of education, but we can see that the improvement in outside experiment of faulty is not enough in that teaching is a matter which make demands on that students and teachers can go along with each other.
