不得不承认我已经坠入大流了~
这种题目想创新还真难。。老老实实写了。。
计时ok~ 就是最后部分的拼写错的有点多（俺已改）。下次再试图多留时间检查~

Young people should try different job before they decide which job or career they will do in the long term


Trail-and-error, in my opinion, sometimes is the perfect word to describe young people's experience when they enter into the society and take jobs. Exchanging jobs may seem ordinary but is also a better choice for most of young adults who are preparing for a long term position in the future.

First of all, taking the present situation into consideration, experience of several different jobs is acquired by the employees. Companies, especially celebrated ones, have shown their obvious tendency towards those who have had a practice elsewhere. Therefore, from the perspective of students who really want to win the position of gold collar, experience of several trails is of great necessity.

Moreover, from the side of a student who is to choose a lifetime career, these attempts will give an overall understanding of the society and the future, which will in the end offers a better choice that the student will not regret later then. It is important, for the reason that it's the right time they can convert books to practice in various ways, by their own, in society. The outcomes of both good and evil for one own of course light up the further road of long-term job selection.

What's more, concerning the future of so-called long-term, young people also get themselves well prepared for the future challenges, say, the bankruptcy of their long-term position offered company. Having so much experience about different positions, the young armed themselves with the preparing for the changes and challenges. They know how to handle with new faces, deal with several bosses, and progress in unfamiliar companies.

In shrinking of this, trying several jobs before deciding the long-term one is essential. By offering experience in the personal statement, by figuring out a draft of the society and future, and by aiding with the ability to bear changes, the young are surely to do much better in the future, for the experience has already flattened the road towards the mountain top of their career.
