We spend our childhood with our family and during that time, we have many wonderful memories, and we have formed many characteristics. People around us, the place we live in, and the event we experienced, all have an important influence on us. Whether it is better for children to grow in country or big city, is not a easy question. While countryside may be a tough place for children to grow up and then gives them many excellent qualities, city also benefits a child a lot.



Countryside have its own advantages for a child to excise and grow up healthly. Countryside is open to nature and children usually have spare times to play, then children would have more chances to play with their friends doing some tough outdoor activities, such as climbing a mountain, go hiking, or swimming in a big river. Then children would have a much stronger body which more likely keep them away from diseases and help them working at a heavier strength. What’s more, the living condition in a countryside is more tougher, that taught a children how to bear the difficulties in daily life and how to take care themselves. Also, they may more likely to be persevering and more optimistic when facing problems.



On the other hand, children would also have many good chances helps them grow up. In big cities, there are more modern facilities, that helps children both at school or in their daily life. For example, during the class, children are more easily follow the teachers, understand the meaning of the knowledge, and they can learn how to use computer or lab equipment. All that provide a children with a high teaching quality and helps them perform well in career. Also, children in cities are more easily access to current affires and they can have a wider range of knowledge. Some parents would teach a children to read newpapers everyday and give them many kinds of valuable books. In addition, children would have unique or critical views as a result of that.



Parents and friends have important influence on children. Parents would change a child directly or indirectly, they build their value on the child and teach them how to perform at different situations. Also, child may pick up some qualities from their parents. However, children spend most of their spare time playing with their friend, they learn from each other, playing sport together, and they share their experience.
