备考目标：AW 4+     V600+  Q800

个人格言（目前的）：只有把自己逼到某种境界，才能更好地发挥出自己的潜力。

寒假的时候，就上了北京的新东方班，总觉得离考10g还早，于是作文一直拖着，拖到现在，平时就只是背背红宝。刚刚报上了名，8.12考作文，这几天开始正式着手作文了，才发现根本不知道从哪里下手，于是在作文版的精华区里泡了几天，希望能够加入这个小组，互相提高，共同进步。

具体的计划不知道，6月份都是考试，(me是学数学的）不知道到时候是否能够按时完成计划，所以希望加入这个小组督促自己。

理想复习状态：6月第一周，继续读范文，完成第一篇issue和argument的写作；6月第二周，每两天一篇issue，逐渐找到aw的感觉；6月第三周、第四周，由于进入了考试复习周，所以，争取每周写至少三篇issue和argument；7月第一周，考试周，只看范文和材料；7月第二周至8.12，全脱产准备aw，具体计划再拟。

A nation should require all its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college rather than allow schools in different parts of the nation to determine which academic courses to offer.


开头：
It is essential for a nation to provide some national curriculums before its students are admitted into college, however, I couldn't agree with the issue that all different parts of the nation should set the same curriculums. In my opinion, different areas should and must set their own curriculums according to the local conditions and features.

P1. A nation has many different areas and the custom, culture, and even history may vary a lot among these areas, in addition, not all of the areas can ensure its students to enter college, so it's necessary for different parts of the nation to offer different curriculums.

SS1. That all the areas set the same curriculums may have limits. Just think about the example of the geography course, first, it's undoubted that all of the areas of the nation must study the geography of the whole world and the whole nation from a full scope. But, is it enough? No, students may benefit more if they also have knowledge of the local geographic environment. This can't be the same, however.

SS2. It is also impossible and unrealistic for different areas to develop the same curriculums. Some curriculums that offered in the cities may be not available to the students in the rural areas, such as the swimming lessons, biology experiment lessons and many other courses. As the facilities and the economic conditions vary among different areas, if that a nation should require all its students to study the same national curriculum is true, then either the nation must ensure the rural areas have the same facility with the urban areas, or the nation can only set the same national curriculums depending on the whole environment of the nation and have to cancel many curriculums which could only be provided only in the developed parts of the nation. That is obviously unrealistic and impossible.（对比、举例论证）

P2. However, it is also essential to set some national curriculums. As one citizen of the nation, one must learn the nation's law, general ethnics, politics, history and geographic features since he or she begins to learn this world.

SS1. The purpose of the education is to teach the students how to be a strong person both in physic and psychology aspects, and to be a person who can make contribution to the society, so the national curriculums’ set may have a significance for the students to have a sense of responsibility as one of the citizen of the nation.(原因论证，谈核心价值观的确立与开设全国性课程的关系)

SS2. Also, setting some national curriculums may help the college make a standard to recruit the fresher，such as some basic lessons(mathematics, sciences, literature) （反证，归谬)

P3. But who will be the decision makers of the national curriculums is a critical problem. The national curriculum should be just and objective, and it should not be forced by the authority and the government. Thus who will set the curriculum is essential. If the wrong information be taught through the national curriculum, then it is actually a shock to the whole nation.

结尾：
To sum up, different areas of a nation should develop its own characteristic curriculums on its diverse backgrounds; however, some national lessons should also be included to ensure the balance of the students. But the nation must be careful and objective when it tries to set the national curriculums.
