ISSUE 13
Many of the world's lesser-known languages are being lost as fewer and fewer people speak them. The governments of countries in which these languages are spoken should act to prevent such languages from becoming extinct.

Enormous factors result in lesser-known language being lost, superficially, as fewer and fewer people speak them. In fact, the major factors that have positive influence on such language are as follows:
The pressures from the external forces such as globally darkening economic clouds, hegemonies and power politics, distort globalization; and so on directly or indirectly lead such languages to becoming extinct. We can suggest that a less-developed country which facing the trend of globalization have to manage to cooperate with the developed countries that have advantages on science technology or military strengths, manage to learn foreign languages to communicate without barriers with such countries. On the other hand, the medium technology, as the major internal force, have been developing since the invention of TV, which is the single effective way to convey information than the traditional method such as
newspapers and books in a certain extent. However, such latest medium diminish the frequency of speak them.

Governments should take efficient actions to revitalize such languages. On one hand, languages are the part-parcel of the culture diffusion, symbolizing the ethnic and racial spirit as well as historical identity. Some Chinese characters and expressions, for example, shows their central meaning ambiguously to show the unique quality of modesty and self-effacement which is attached the importance to since ancient China.
Another important reason to intervene to preserve the dying language is to prevent the distinct ideas, traditional convention and abstract conceptions, to some extent, which can only conveyed by indigenous languages. The basic framework and content of Language is base on people's daily life experience which is correspondingly various for the differentiated geographical region. Mouthwatering Chicken, for example, a famous Chinese traditional dish, which is full of chicken extract and tasted sour and spicy .In China, people call it "kou shui ji" which not only refers to how it be cooked ,but also has the function of advertising. Definitely, the Chinese expression is far more terse and closed to native people's life. Thus, people need to resist the assimilation because of the pure social psychological need of conveying distinct ideas and abstract conceptions.
On the other hand, just as the former paragraph has mentioned, disadvantaged countries are under the pressure of advantaged countries in economic and politic. In the world savagely rent by that pressure, the cultural of disadvantaged countries, especially the language, correspondingly become extinct. Thus in turn the vitality of the language shows the competent of economic and politic. In short, by intervening to preserve a dying language government can enhances peoples' sense of pride, self-worth, and confidence, as well as the situation in the world of the law of the jungle.
In sum, preventing such language from becoming extinct can preserve the characteristic of the native civilization, convention, natural system, and history identity during the time passage .Government should try their best to protect language to enhance the sense of racial pride, self-worth, and dignity.

ISSUE 13
Many of the world's lesser-known languages are being lost as fewer and fewer people speak them. The governments of countries in which these languages are spoken should act to prevent such languages from becoming extinct.

Enormous factors result in lesser-known language being lost, superficially, as fewer and fewer people speak them. In fact, the major factors that have positive influence on such language are as follows(感觉positive用的稍稍别扭,个人意见啊。):

The pressures from the external forces such as globally darkening economic clouds, hegemonies and power politics, distort globalization; and so on directly or indirectly lead such languages to becoming extinct. We can suggest that a less-developed country which facing the trend of globalization have(has) to manage to cooperate with the developed countries that have advantages on science technology or military strengths, manages to learn foreign languages to communicate without barriers with such countries. On the other hand, the medium technology, as the major internal force, have(has) been developing since the invention of TV, which is the single effective way to convey information than(前面没有比较级后面怎么有个than?如果想作对比可以这么些:compared with...) the traditional method such as
newspapers and books in a certain extent. However, such latest medium diminish the frequency of speak them.(不可否认medium领域的变革确实对一些本土language有passive influence,但是在得出这个结论之前LZ应该给以论证不能说TV比传统方式简单有效,于是就diminish the frequency了。至少应当讲明新兴媒体如TV,INTERNET等他们使用的是世界上的主流语言,所以才导致了这个结果。)

Governments should take efficient actions to revitalize such languages. On one hand, languages are the part-parcel of the culture diffusion, symbolizing the ethnic and racial spirit as well as historical identity. Some Chinese characters and expressions, for example, shows(show这种错误也太多了,建议下次LZ自己先查一查,@~@) their central meaning ambiguously to show(建议换一个词,和前面的show有点重复,如indicate,或者imply) the unique quality of modesty and self-effacement which is attached the importance to since ancient China.(建议在这个中国的例子之后总结一句:因此,语言的存在对于理解这个语言背后的文化是很必要的,所以要保护语言。个人建议啊~)

Another important reason to intervene to preserve the dying language is to prevent the distinct ideas, traditional convention and abstract conceptions, to some extent, which can only conveyed by indigenous languages.(这句话没说完:prevent这些东西from...可能是句子拉的太长你忘了写。) The basic framework and content of Language is base(based) on people's daily life experience which is correspondingly various for the differentiated geographical region.
