With the global economy development, more and more third world countries realized the significant of education. A number of high school and university had been built and allow much more people get the higher education, and the government had realized that they need lots of people who have get good education as the sustained and rapid development of economy .Therefore, it is essentially to allow everyone have enable to get the higher education.
However, some people who have some opposite views. They believe the resource of education is limitation, which should only allow some elite student to proceed. That’s sounds a better idea, but in China, some big city like Beijing or Shanghai have many excellent university, and at the night or weekend, there are some vacant schools and a few students study in here. If the leaders of university realize this problem, and hold some lecture by the famous professor, in that case, it would benefit the local residents.
In other word, people who gotten the higher education will increase senses of happiness. It different between the people who had gotten higher education and not gotten pursued, the former pursued the enjoyment of the spirit, and easy got by reading book or listening a lecture by famous people. So government should building more library and university.
Obviously, as the more people of higher education as the increasing the strength of country, in that case, government had more money to build more high school and university for the people
