Perhaps the variability of cheeses serves as a psychological comfort when the customers choose their favorite ones. Or the imported new flavor will bring a new chance to the chain while the traditional products become bored and less popular.

In sum, to strengthen the conclusion, the arguer should improve the reliability at following aspects: 1) the applicability of the regional fact which was used to explain a national preference; 2) the accuracy of survey which was too generalized and not pertinent enough; 3) a more comprehensive point of view when considering the interference of the profit gaining.
