It will be compelling to believe the speaker's assertion that once the education were designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, it will be truly effective. I generally agree with this ideal assertion, however, considering many facts and difficulties of applying such kind of education, I think it is to extreme to get such conclusion.

I concede that this kind of specially designed education will largely benefit the students because different students have diverse needs and interest towards different subjects. Individually designed classes can help each student to learn what they want, and under the help of certain instructors, students can get different instructions according to their abilities, and be more flexible to use what they've learnt. There are many music schools and film institutes designed to educate those who are ambitious to become a musician or artist in the near future. They spend majority of their time in professional training like playing instruments, dancing or acting rather than learning mathematics or physics, and those specially designed curriculum are not commonly designed for ordinary students. These schools cultivated many famous artists and helped them to achieve success in an effective way. From this aspect, we have to admit that to some extent, the special designed education can effectively help individuals to achieve their dreams.

However, this kind of education sounds ideal but it is difficult to execute. Imaging that a country adjusts its way of education to meet every students' needs and interests, how costly and huge project it will be. It is easier said than done. Take the university education for instance. If a university wants to follow such kind of education to fulfill every student, it has to hire more professors to teach different classes and it will cost a lot to hire these experts. And the university has to re-design the curriculum so as to meet individuals' needs even if some of the classes are not that meaningful to the development of society and there are only 1 or 2 students interested in them. It is somewhat a social resource waste and the university can be incredibly big and difficult to manage.

Moreover, the main aim of the education is to enlighten people out of darkness and become what they want to be and reward the society. But the individual needs and interests of each students some times can be impropriate especially when those students are too young to define where their real needs and interests lie in. In the kindergarten and primary school education, all the students accept the same classes because they are too young to decide what to learn and they are just at the time to grasp the basic knowledge of the society and the whole universe. The specially designed lectures will result in the partial understanding of the world and it will in the opposite way to hinder the development of those children.

Last but not the least, it is not the only way to make education work truly effective. On the basis of providing universal primary education, high schools and universities can offer more causes which are interesting and popular among students, or they can courage students to form many organizations or interests groups and assign professional teachers to act as the instructors. Some schools even set up guidance center to help each student to find their real interests, needs and future plan which makes the education more effective and students to find their way.

To sum up, whether it is necessary for education to be designed to satisfy each student should be considered under concrete situation. To make education more effective, there are also many other ways. The speaker should not overstate the effect of the individually designed education while neglecting many negative results it may cause.

评语：整体文章的思路还是很顺的。感觉Moreover一段有点问题。全文是第一段支持，后三段反对，而结尾段开头的那个句子，感觉全文没有论述到，突然提出来了。这里例子是不太好举，我就拿了个interest的例子过来。但感觉作者的范例还是写的很不错的。我感觉自己语言弱了点，写的比较慢。还得努力了。
