[套磁] 觉得自己的套磁信挺有效果的, 分享一下，适用于有科研经历的同学。 [复制链接]

回报寄托。本人先拿到欧陆的 PhD offer，还申请了UCSB, PSU, U Florida, UC Riverside, Virginia Tech。都得到教授比较积极回复。当你有了不错的GT、 GPA、papers，有针对性的联系导师极为重要。不要浪费太多时间刷论坛或求其他人定位。争取你想去的，和你背景契合的学校。直接去问教授：我有好的背景，你对我有兴趣吗？

套磁信应该简单明了，用最少的文字展现你的意图，你的优势。

a kind of rule, belief, or idea that guides you. In general, a principle is some kind of basic truth that helps you with your life. 类似这样的。我是这么写的 (1) be a team player, (2) be reliable for assignments, and (3) utilize my mind-idling time and think hard to create innovative ideas.
