请问老师，（1）我开的证明是父母名字的话，要不要办公证？（2)浦发银行的资金证明可以吗（3)资金证明冻结时间是半年2015.1-7月 ，可以吗

There is a form you can fill out to prove that your parents will support you financially. The statement from any bank is ok. It's not necessary to be the fixed deposit.

For Full-time July 2019 intake, if you complete the online application by Dec, you can take the entrance test in Jan. The online application deadline is end Feb 2019.
