9.24 The best way to travel is in a group led by the guide.

when it is comes to the 21 century,an increasing number of people are searching for a menthod to release pressure.certainly,travelling is a good way to solve this problem.with respect to safety and comfort ,it is no doubt that travelling in a group led by the guide is the best way.However,on the other hand,travelling just by yourself will be lonely and dangerous.

As we know,people release their stress though travel,therefore,the security problems during the travel seems to be the most essencial factor.As most of the guides,which will lead us during the travel,have the professional certificates and experience,  they know how to deal with the emergency promblems,such as heart dieases and choke.For instance ,if  someone wants to go to Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,the guide there will tell you some tips to relieve altitude stress and they will also provide some oxygen cylinders for visitors who need them. Moreover,the guide are familiar with the places of interest we will visit and some of them are even local residents.According to their experience ,they can point out some places which we can not go or something we can not do to avoid many serious accidents.For example,they know some food ,which are special products in the area,are not suitable for the visitors,as most visitors have bad reactions to this kind of food,therefore,they will remind you not to have these.Above all,to some degree,the guide can protect you in this certain areas depending on their experience and proficiency.
