Businessmen are only motivated by desire of money.

It has aroused people's concern when talking about the richest that whether businessmen are motivated by the pursuing of money. At the mere mention of business, the major thinking would be the unaccountable cash that the businessmen earned, leading the public to convince the fact that they are the only machine that make the money.

Undoubtedly, the first thing that the businessmen have to overcome is that they have to stay competitive in the market of business, which emphasize the ability of earning money. According to Adams Smith, the invisible hand contributes the development of the economy. What it means is that businessman, as an individual, is trying his best to produce the greatest value under the direction of the market trend.

However, to search for money is not the only motivation for businessmen, the personal experience and characteristic are their internal thirst for doing business. Take Jobs as an example, he started the Apple Company, which leads the IT industry to another age of artificial intelligence and makes a great fortune for him as well. It is the desire of Jobs to change the traditional perspective of IT product instead of making enough money, which is the basic of iPod, iPad and so on.

Another motivation, I want to talk about, of businessmen is the responsibility, as a topic of an increasing number of media and people. They consider, businessmen should take their responsibilities when they are making money, such as being aware of the environmental preservation, the support for the undeveloped area and the construction of cooperate culture. Moreover, as the businessmen became rich, they have the ability to help others to make the business and the poor to get rid of the danger of starvation and exposure.

From what is discussed above, it is not the desire of money that only motivates the businessmen, yet, the personal experience and characteristic, as well as responsibilities, serve as their major factors in determining the direction of the business.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Students who keep their rooms neat and organized will be more likely to succeed than students who do not.

Over the topic whether students who keep their rooms neat and organized would seem to achieve success more likely than others who do not, I disagree with the notion based on the following reasons.

To begin with, whether students succeed in their exams, researches and careers or not depends on their knowledge, skills and intelligence. As we may have experienced in the campus, some students, who do not care much about their personal life and often get the room dirty, still pass the final exams without attending a lesson. Then we might wonder, what makes that happen? It is the personalities and experiences of everyone that leads them to achieve the so-called "success" according to the social value. As a result, the success of students is based on various factors that we could not merely focus on their tidy and cleaning rooms.

However, we cannot deny the fact that to keep a comfortable environment is essential for student's development. From the time we go to school, we are ordered to clean the classrooms and bedrooms in order to cultivate a good habit in our daily life, leading and changing the studying and working environment suitable for the standards of people around. And it has been proved right, especially for the children and teenagers. Thus, to ignore the influence of personal life skills is unfair and inappropriate.

In my opinion, students should be encouraged to develop their personalities and acquire the necessary life skills. Based on what students are focused, parents and instructors should let them to choose their life instead of forcing them to acquire the only criteria. For example, if a student is major in arts, what he needs is an environment of creation and imagination, which the neat and organized rooms could not offer. But at the same time, if he did not acquire the basic level of life skills, then we may say he is lacking of the chance to survive. Therefore, to let students choose their life as well as force them to acquire the basic life skills is the task and selection of both parents and teachers.
