一样的。我是指题干中提的是80% enroll in college, 但结论提到的是 increase the pecentate of high school students who graduate from college.
录取和毕业不是两个概念吗？

会不会是enroll in college 在author 的思路里面指代的是ensure that they receive a better education in critical thinking。感觉好像也不对。。。。
