(2) tasks people now are facing with are more and more complex which require more time
(3) with the increasing population, the world is more competitive so people need to spend time on new technology.

Position: agree.
(1) homework force students to review what they've learnt and makes it easier for they to pass final exam.
(2) homework inspire students to think deeper of their courses.
(3) teacher can assess the performance of their students thus to make changes accordingly in order to ensure the quality of teaching.

我建议你重新写一次这个题。。

还有，我顺带看了看你0306的。觉得独立写作还写的好一些。不知道为何综合写的貌似不那么好一些。
