电子邮件何时发送？ 2-3周...已经六月...天啊..

Email 意思...faculty想要你...等待dean和university和singapore president和us congress和un security council批准...大约六十岁, 你会得到offer电子邮件.....

我收到的是这样的：

The University is in the midst of discussing the scholarships allocation, which delays the outcome of the offerings. We seek your patience on the outcome of your admission offer.

You may expect the outcome in May or earlier.
