• Data entry experience essential;
• Excellent verbal communication and customer focused service skills when dealing with internal and external customers both over the phone and in person;
• Ability to manage time and set priorities;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Self-starter, able and willing to take initiative.
