个人喜欢这个学校多些，最喜欢的marc jacobs就是那里出来的。
看lz想发展的方向啊，如果想做时尚摄影
在NY相信得到的机会比其他地方都多
毕竟在US只有NYC才能和paris、milan比肩

just saw some person' s words on a design website, I really think every student who has those concerns should think about their career seriously.  the thing is If you paid to be educated , you'd better know what you gonna get as a return. Gook luck!

What are you doing now? Finishing up undergrad or are you in the field?
Not having a clear idea of why you would like to go to graduate school for design can be a recipe for disaster. Remember that it's not like the sciences, or engineering. A design master's doesn't add any extra cash to your paycheck, and you don't need it to practice (except to teach). Master's degrees in design are about other things- the word 'tasting' doesn't really match the experience.

Also, no_spec is right- you'll be paying full-price for the state schools (unless you get a scholarship). And full price in the US could easily be 50-75-100K US. "

从某种意义上来说类似于MBA

acidfish and 4ever , you both right, however, my point might not suit you, that's because I think besides all offer you receive, you also have another choise, which is to do none of these, I know that  sounds a bit rediculus, crazy. at this moment,I think what realy matters is not the school,  unless you really want to learn from some famous master. otherwise, my conculsion is to choose where you most want to be. Forget about the school, enjoy your life!

再报： 被 san fransisco Art institute 录了， 不过这次的是 contempary art history program, 还不知到有没有奖，

btw, columibia 刚刚通过电话，我的猜想是有可能在waiting list 上，但是因为dean 不在，他还不能确定，据他讲photo dept 今年只招4人， 面试了10个，申请了300多，说我已经make it very far 了， 面试的他们都想要，只是没有enough position, 呵呵，不过我估计去的可能性不大了... 也算是了却了我的最后一个心病。
