Agree or disagree, technology cause children show less creative than they were in past

Why does the idea of technology loom so large in the modern world? Surely because advanced technology is taking place around us and is becoming increasingly populated among people. Nonetheless, some people began to doubt the authentic effect of it on our children, who ought to be creative and inspiring. They alleged that it is technology who has been poisoning their kids' imagination that they are gradually deprived of their privilege in creation. Is this allegation rational ? I am afraid not, conversely, I deem modern technology as a merit not only on the education of our kids, but also a good enhancement to their imagination.

In the first place, it is universally recognized that technology has done greatly contribution to education, which is the key to develop our creative minds. As we all know, schools nowadays have been equipped with advanced technology, which is indispensible to both teachers and students, for example, digital projector, computer, internet, just to name a few. Thanks to the support of these apparatus who are precious fruits of modern technology, we students can share their imagination with others with a projector, learn information from internet with computers, etc, which will in turn give back us interest in forms of vivid creations from our kids.

Furthermore, with the aid of technology, our children will gain more knowledge and information , which will give birth to imagination and creative mind. Frankly, computers are becoming prevalent nowadays, according to the statistic, almost every family own at least a computer in America. Throughout the links between them , our kids will be able to acquire knowledge from websites far away, for instance, American library, the most abundant reservoir of knowledge, by visiting and reading books online, needless to say, they will accumulate much treasure, which may inspire them from diverse dimensions, like creativity. There are many other examples to mention, such as telephone, television, etc, inspire our kids imagination to soar.

Overall, I would like to advocate that technology is beneficial to our kids both in education and inspiration, which will in its turn add to the soaring of their creative mind.

Nowadays，there is a general controversy over the issue whether the technology cause children less creative or not. Those who object to it argue that technology is nothing but a product like food, clothes and other things which is common in our daily life. People who advocate to it, on the other hand, hold the point that the advanced technology has already prepared everything for children. The only thing they need to do is to press the button. Well, contrary to the idea of most people is my heartfelt agreement that technology doesn't cause children show less creative. My position will be substantiated greatly from the following discussion.
First of all, I would not deny that technology has already replaced some activities, which children should do. For instance, with the development of computer, children are no longer need to do complex computation. Do things become different? Does the school no longer need the mathematics lecture? The answer is absolutely not. Children still need to learn the mathematics. Technology has just do something machinery; they can not replace the thinking of human. They are just products servicing for us, not thinking for us.
In addition, I take the notion that technology causes children demonstrated more creative. Take one of my little brother for example; he is just 10 years old, however, he is an expert in computer science in my eyes. When his father brought the advanced machine to him, he presents big interests. I believe that the computer is the most closed friends besides his parents. He put himself into the computer world after school everyday. At the very beginning, he often asked me questions about how to operate the advanced machine. Meanwhile, he showed a greatly creative in using the advanced machine. What surprises me most is that he has invented some little programmers.
To be fair, I must mention some disadvantages that technology brings to children. As the old saying going, every coin has two sides technology dose bring convenient to us. Notwithstanding, it also brings some faults to children. Although children have learned advanced mathematics, they forget some simple calculates which is the base of complex mathematics. What's more, a number of children are inclined to relay on the technology, in stead of thinking by themselves.
Consequently, disadvantages though the technology cause, they can not compete with the superiorities that technology brings to children, when creative, convenient are taken into consideration. Therefore, from what have been discussed above, we can safely draw the conclusion that technology does not because children show less creative.
