Should society inculcate(要接宾语!) the talented students at an early age so that they can excel in their areas of ability(area of ability?)? I suspect the effectiveness of the measure because not only talented children cannot surely grow into successful people, but also early training sacrifices too much children's happiness and limits their ken, which do harm to the children's development to some extent.

From my observations, there are a large proportion of early-trained children that have certain psychological problems. The university I am studying in has already stopped the enrolment of special classes for talented children who are among 14 to 18 years old because there is little successful experience(instance) in the past few years. Many students claimed they were under too much pressure that they could hardly stand it. One of my friends is one of these talented children who has(have) received special early training from university for about two years. Last year, he suspected his study and he told me he could not bear the tremendous pressure from the hope of parents and university and the envy from other students, and he said this was not the life he wanted.(好多的he啊,建议用些分词连接)
这一段最好能加上几句分析,说清楚心理压力就是教育的必然结果,进入天才班-〉受人期盼-〉自己有压力。不要只从天才自己的话中分析,应该有对社会对于天才的看法的描述。

This kind of tragedies may result from undue education that society gives these children. These children after all, are immature, who are easily influenced by others and hard to control and adjust themselves. Society's early special training is so intensive and tough that it hurts the children and their heart(复数) although the original idea is good.

In addition, the training often limits these children's ken. For example, the gifted children who are good at mathematics and excel in the Olympic Competition are trained to learn much knowledge of physical subjects; even, sometimes they are fixed to learn exclusively mathematics. This is dangerous since no one can ensure that the gift of mathematics can last for ever and they would maintain the enthusiasm for mathematics. Otherwise, they can just be confined in the subject can(and can) hardly have other development in other fields because they even(为什么用这个词?) have little basic knowledge of those fields.

What is more, the early training is at the cost of much time that(when) usually children have fun, which is somewhat cruel. Many gifted children was(were) brought to accept early training by their parents or under their teachers' recommendations. But at that time, they had no idea about what they wanted and what they would lose. There is a saying "Let young people dance as they like because they can only be young once." Talented children spend much more time than do common children on their area of ability, consequently they have much less time to play and have fun at their best age. Moreover, children can gain knowledge through playing which they cannot obtain via traditional study. Children can learn how to communicate, compromise and cooperate with others, all of which are part-and-parcel of interpersonal skills that helps to the development of the gifted children. Therefore, while they are receiving certain kind of special training, they lose the chance to receive some other essential training for their lives.

Education, after all should be natural and follow(followed) gradually. Undue education may harm the talented children, who are the same in other areas as other children. A natural environment and a moderate competition condition would be good catalysts to their growth while too early special training can do more harm than good to them.
