Thanks for your interest in my lab. It's good to hear from a Zhejiang University student. I've visited your university, have colleagues teaching there, and have worked with excellent students from Zhejiang. Anyways, I encourage you to apply for the Systems Engineering or Energy, Civil Infrastructure, and Climate programs in Civil & Environmental Engineering. You must apply through the UC Berkeley Graduate Division. I typically select and invite Ph.D. students into my lab only after they've completed their first year of graduate studies at UC Berkeley. So the first step is to apply!
