my suggestions are:
1. Vault Guide.
2. Identify what kind of firms are there in the industry (e.g. banks, insurance, exchange, funds and etc...)
and what is the difference and relationship between them (e.g. what's the difference between commerical and investment bank?)
3. next node going down is: what kind of division are there under a certain type of firm?
what are the function of each? there should be some description of that in some company website.
4. for each type of role, what kind of people, and what skills are important?
have a look into various job ad, and make some comparison. You should have a picture of that.
