Holders of Scholarship Loans who have completed their doctoral studies and successfully gained a PhD degree, return to work in mainland China and have been certified by the organisations where they work as having made a contribution, are deemed to have fulfilled the repayment obligations. Those who do not fulfil all the requirements as stated above will be required to repay the Scholarship Loan quarterly in an amount equivalent to 10% of their total income earned until the scholarship loan is fully repaid.

应该是回国找到工作，相关工作单位开证明就行。应该是不错的东西。我也收到了，lz是不是去UCL的？
