University plays an important role in a youth’s life. People who study in university pursue higher education, communicate with others and prepare for their future career and so on. In one word, university and college are a great place to prepare for the future life in society.(+so, I think this might be the main reason for attending university.......)

University should be fully aware of its mission to instill in young people the necessary skills and knowledge they need in the future. So , in the university, young people have the chance to access to the newest technology and knowledge, which help students to achieve great performance in their study.(是否因该联系下你的主题--目的：prepare for future life?)

Moreover, life in university is a good time for young people to learn how to serve as a qualified member of society. University is like a small society with all kinds of people there. So, it provides a cherish chance for young people to communicate with different people. Furthermore, in university, people could get touch with company or the government, especially when taking part in the Student Union. As stated above, young people could receive enough time to learn to serve as a member of society in university.


Last but not least, in the university, students could learn to live by themselves. Without the help of parents, they have to arrange time, do housework, and make decision all by themselves.(主题不错，但显的少了点）

In the end, the university life secure a prominent place in out life, for it gives us time and chance to prepare for our future life in the society.
