周末写信过去问的，今天收到offer，钱的部分内容如下：
If you join our program, you will receive a stipend of $24,000 per year to serve as a Research Assistant.  You will receive a tuition reduction; as a result, you will not pay tuition.  In general, you must maintain a 3.0/4.0 grade point average in all coursework and enroll for at least nine credit hours each semester during the academic year and one credit hour during each summer session.  You must also show continuous and satisfactory progress toward your research project goals, based on your Advisor’s expectations and also the Chairman’s expectation.
关于回复他们只是说
Please inform us as soon as possible of your intent to accept or decline our offer by filling out the attached form and mailing or faxing it to us. Your assistantship would begin August 16, 2008; the first day of class is August 21.

问题：
1 这个offer不包括保险是吧？ 我自己每年需要付的钱就是保险、住宿和生活杂用是吧？这个钱在USC(clombia)够用不？
2 我最迟什么时候回复接受？
3 有了解clombia这个城市的情况，请告诉一下啊？

给我的是TA,比楼主少三千多呢
1. 这是我的上面写的However, all students are required by the University to carry health insurance, unless you have insurance coverage from another source. Health insurance costs are approximately $830 per year; we anticipate that supplements will bring your cost to approximately $600 per year.
2. 没说应该是指4.15吧
3. 不了解，不过貌似气候不太好？不太安全？(Dr. Dukes说的)

够用啦~我也有这个学校的offer 不过是chem，钱比你少 都够用了...医疗保险是830，去掉也比我多~~~
