In the article, the author claims that the department of agriculture in Batavia reports that the number of dairy farms throughout the country is now 25 percent greater than it was 10 years ago and the price of milk at the local Excello Food Market has increased from $ 1.5 to over $3.0 per gallon during the same time period .the author also think that the government should regulate retail milk prices for preventing these farmers from continuing to receive excessive profits on an apparently increased supply of milk . But in my opinion, the author has several logical fallacies in the argument.

At the first, the author just claims that this kind of situation had happened at the local Excello Food Market, but do not tell us that whether the same situation had happened in any other area. In the procession of proving the points of view ,the sample which is given by the author is just only one ,and this sample lacks the fully persuasiveness. So the author have not enough evidence to support the idea that is the government should begin to regulate retail milk prices for preventing these farmers from continuing to receive excessive profits on an apparently increased supply of milk.

The secondly, I think that the author has ignored the important logical relation, which is between supply and demand. As everyone knows, this relation is too important for the market economy, in the other words, this relation has a function for regulating the supply and the demand on the milk market. Although the milk prices has increased over $1.5 per gallon, maybe that is because the lacking of the supply of the milk. However, the department of agriculture in Batavia reports that the number of dairy farms throughout the country is now 25 percent greater than it was 10 years ago, all that do not explain that the Excello Food Market also greater than before. According to all of above, the author have not enough evidence to prove that the farmers receive excessive profits on an apparently increased supply of milk.

The point of view but not the least, anyway, the number of dairy farms has increased which does not prove the supply of milk also increased. So this is not necessarily the case. There is a kind of possibility that is the supply of milk has actually declined over this time period, even which dairy farm production has shifted away from milk to other dairy products.

In conclusion, the suggestion for regulation of milk prices lacks the enough evidence. To support the recommendation, the author must provide clearer and more statistical samples that Excello’s milk prices reflect the milk prices of all of nation and that profits from milk sales are in fact excessive. At the same time, if the author wonders to persuade readers, this person should example more information which are about the regulation of the supply and the demand in Batavia.

最好把重心放在分析批驳错误上，开头结尾少写点。
另外批驳错误是，最好说具体一点，举一两个反例，这样更有说服力。比如你的第二段中可以这样说在Batavia的其它Market中牛奶价格降到了一美元，所以总的来看，农场主并没有获太多利。
