最近坐车的时间很长，想多练习听力。麻烦推荐些材料，磁带。最好是正常语素，而且适合在车上连续听（没有间隔）。多谢！

There are numerous types of listening materials in market. Yet to choose the one that fits u best still depends on your own interest as well as u listening ability.
The following is the classical listening materials( I am just wondering whether they are still welcomed now)
1. Step by Step
2. Album in America
3. Crazy Enghlish
What's more, series of Holleywood movies now edited into portable CD or tape are also good materials to improve u listening skills. They are relatively more interesting, helpful to idle away the boring time on trip:)
