要求：计算机科学与技术、数学、软件工程及相关专业学生；专业功底特别优秀可适当降低英语及GPA要求
待遇：可提供全额奖学金，可覆盖学习与生活等各项费用。
招生人数：2-4人。

Dr. Xinyu Xing at College of Information Sciences and Technology in the Pennsylvania State University is recruiting multiple Ph.D. students, visiting scholars, postdocs and undergraduate and Masters' students. Students and visitors will be working on exciting and cutting-edge projects in computer security and/or data mining with high impact.

Xing’s research results have been published in many top-tier security and data mining conferences, and have been featured in various news media including the New York Times, NewScientist, MIT Technology Review. Also, many of his research projects have been transferred to industrial products. More details can be found in his webpage at http://xinyuxing.org/.

Any students with background on the computer system and/or mathematics, or with good programming skills are encouraged to apply. For applicants with strong background on these, the school may lower their admission requirement on English and/or GPA. The admitted students in Ph.D. program and students with strong background in Master program will receive full financial supports.
