When talking about whether the same or the different opinions benefit us more,people have various views on the problem in question.For my part,I agree that the latter holds water with the causes as follows.
First,contradicting views help us realize the flaws of our own ideas,promoting us to improve our understanding.When we first make our dicisions,we often lose sight of the situation as a whole and others’ advices as contradicting opinions are in great demand in order to clear up the situation.When we make out a plan,we are accustomed to sharing it with some people we believe in because they have no hesitancy to point out the shortcomings of the plan,which benefits us a lot.If you always stay in an environment that everybody totally agrees with what you think of,you will develop a sense of pretension and finally lose the virtue of taking others’ suggestions.
Second,contradicting views can provide us with alternative perspectives to problems,which is key in a multicultural world.For example,in China,because a dragon presents the substitution of success and achievement,parents generally hope their children to become dragons,but ,in America ,this is not the case at all.In there,it means a monster which scares people in the world,so you cannot tell Americans that their children will grow into a dragon!
By contrast,people who share our view have nothing new to contribute.The only thing they can do is to show their agreement on you,which surges you to carry out your premature plans blindly.A good work team must have teammates who can air different opinions,even sometimes arguing about how to bear more fruits in the shortest time.
All in all,we need counsellors who can point out our fallacies and most importantly we must try to learn how to separate good and bad suggestions,which will enable us to make a better master of ourselves.

你是不是还没有看发帖的格式，在置顶区去看看吧，我不太清楚你文章的题目是什么，没有办法改，还有，贴Issue时最好把提纲也一起贴过来。

issue one::we can usually learn much more from people whose views we share than from people whose views contradict our own;disagreement can cause stress and inhibit learning.
