周一晚11:00 之前交 I130

周二：列社会类的提纲：2， 3， 9， 15， 16， 17

周二晚：9:00-11:00 小组讨论作文和提纲，每个人整理一个提纲第二天发到小组经验贴里

2~1，3~2，9~3，15~4，16~5， 17~6

~前面是写提纲的题号，~后面是主贴上各位的号码，一个人负责整理一个他对应的提纲

楼上的把自己的I 以WORD 的形式传给楼下的
次日下午2:00 前楼下的把楼上的修改文发给楼上，
            楼上在贴里贴上他人改的作业，
            然后再贴上自改文，根据别人建议修改自己的文

请组员自己在交作业的前一天晚上去占楼。一人占两楼。一楼发自己的作文，和自己的改文。一楼发别人的改文（请注明是改的谁的）。楼下改楼上的，楼上的把自己的稿子和改好的稿子QQ传给楼下的

提纲：同意演讲人的基本看法
1，因为孩子是我们的下一代，他们将取代我们成为社会的主体，他们的好坏直接影响着新时代
2，社会化的过程中，能让孩子自省发现与他人的共同点和不同点，并提高自己，对将来社会做贡献
但是，我们要考虑到社会化受很多因素影响，例如家长，学习
1.孩子在家长那里学习如何接受爱和传递爱，这是建设和谐社会所必须的
2.学校则承担着灌输知识，教会生活技能，让孩子了解社会并提高自己
我建议在社会化的同时更衣应该注重心理素质。

I fundamentally agree the speaker's broad assertion that socialized children will make more contribution to our huge society, in future. However, consider the multiracial society, we should realize that how children are socialized is greatly connected with a series of factors which may chiefly determine the destiny of society, such as parents' influence, education from school.

I concede that the more socialized children are, the more contributions may made to our coming society. Children are our next generation, as the pushing with time, they gradually are taking the social places in which we are being, and becoming the chief of the new age. Therefore, the extend of how children are socialized today in some degree take some effect to the destiny of future society. From the respect of social interaction, children's self-identification is mainly depend on the interaction between personal and society. During the process of interactions, children realize the commons they share with others and the difference to others, and get a clearer mind about themselves, then improve their condition according to the prospection from others and desire from inner heart stimulated during the socialized stage.

However, on the other hand, we should realize that socializing children is influenced by various aspects, such as the impact from parents and school. It is to neutralize children's emotion and love that the unique meaning of family phenomenon is. At the early age, touching with parents is the developing basis, and take great impact on whether he or she can understand the love of acceptance and offering. Those are the main constructions to making a harmony society. Moreover, school are the institutions specially set up to teach social skills such as communication, professional skills for children to make a live. And, also, children can get informations about the current society from their teachers, and knowing the requirements of society to them. For school life takes a large percentage in one's growing process, the influence come from school also play a vital places in the socialization.

In my opinion, children should develop in all aspects. Especially when we pay attention to socialize children, at the same time, we also need to care about the psychology of our generation who will be the masters of new age. After all, the one who have psychological illness must be solitary, and dislike talking with others, who are more likely to make such tragedies as gang murders occurred in American schools.
Yet, the one who have rosy attitude, though he or she is not talkative, he or she is still filled with love to society and is willing to participant the social activities at the pushing of the optimism.

In sum, socialized children are more likely to make contribution to our society, when we take the positive effect in ego improvement into account. Yet, we should also make a clear mind about those factors which have great affection in the process of socialization, and powers and talents must serve if we hope to create a better society in coming future.

To the extent, that our socialization indeed determines the destiny of society. People will understand the ideas and behaviors behaviours of other persons by taking part in a 这个a应该不要吧 social activities and commutating with some people around us; in the long time we will realize what we should do or not do when facing with some people again and will form our outline of the world and values which is very crucial to the instruction of some person's behavior
behaviours In addition, socializing a person will improve the morality of the society as a whole, decrease the crime and make people better and more honest. The role of morality, limiting our behaviors, is the result of socialization.

However, the education or the technology does function as the destiny of society 前面只提了科技那这里就不要提教育了. Supposing that we have never invented the computer, what will would 虚拟our society become? Maybe we will not work so effectively, and deposit mass information in the limited space, and develop so fast in the science. Just because of the technology, we understand the nature more comprehensively, and in turn, provide convenience in lives and enhancing our immediate comfort. What's more, the technology makes us more closely-----we will see our friends or relatives only several hours by air or trains even if we are away from hundreds of miles.

All in all, the socialization is the same significant as the technology to determine the destiny of society. Without socializing a society, perhaps there are more crimes and hatred between us in the society. And without the technology, maybe we are all living in the primitive society with no electric, cars, computers and so forth. Thereby, the destiny of society is up to the above two respects.
这里可以多论证一些

With regard to how to bring about a better society depending on children, maybe we ourselves would not know what the future is like. We all know that humans' desires are endless, and I strongly believe that the ancient never imagine how efficient the computer is and our lives are so rich and colorful. What we should do is to teach them how to think and understand the information they receive in order to make their efforts to the society.

In conclusion, the destiny of society is also influenced by other respects apart from the socialization of children, such as the education and technology. Although the socialization plays a vital role in the destiny of society, we should not overlook the importance of the technology.

语句什么的都没有什么问题，就感觉每个部分的论证不是很有力。

貌似论证的观点是谁决定了社会的命运，题目的意思我觉得啊：孩子如何社会化决定了社会的命运。感觉有些偏题了

社会化决定了社会的命运，可以有1.2 个分论点，1。它给了我们的行为准则， 2 促进人际交流，在社会活动中发现与他人的差别，然后自我提高

科技也是：可以从生活的便利，医疗进步等方面，分立小观点，这样就可以比较明确的表达，然后再针对小观点，进行例证！

第一次写都是感觉很难的，以后继续加油哦

The speaker`s claim is actually twofold:(1) children are socialized today determines the destiny of society;(2) How do we raise our children to bring about a better society.I fundamentally approve this statement that socialized children today plays a important role in the destinty of society.
On the one hand,better society is contributed to the socialization of people, especially children in it. Firstly, Because society is composed of people,any changes of us can effect the whole society.Also,society`s future rely on the performance of children, the futural master of it.What`s more,with the progress of technology, merely social activities which is the basic element of social development can be paticipated by only one person, instead, it usually proceed by various people. In short,any social behavior demands cooperation of people,that is to say socialization.Accordingly,socialized children can determine the social destiny.
On the other hand,destiny of society is not only determined by socialized children,but also by many complex other factors,some of which are even more important than socialization.One argument is innovation capability which is the origin motivation of social advancement and usually can provide you a better idea to lanch social activities preferably. Consider that certain Invention help us enhause productivity and create more weath in the same period, then progress occurs. Another argument is emotional quotient.It is convinced more important than Intelligent Quotient in one's success. Obviously,every single success constitute social advancement. From these two examples, we can easily deduce that innovation capability and
emotional quotient of our children is also important to destiny of society.
On the basis of the analysis, to bring about a better society, we should render advisable suggestions to educate our children. Firstly, it is necessary for us to encourage them to comunicate with other children and build a proper enviroment for their socialization. Meanwhile, we should try our best to cultivate children`s innovation capability and emotional quotient in order to their overall development.
Above all, we should realize that there are many characters, such as socialization, innovation capability, emotional quotient and so forth, to lead to successful and healthy children, then the denstiny of socity. Finally, we should raise our children according to these characters for the purpose of a better society.

The speaker asserts that the destiny of society is determined by the way children are socialized and we haven’t learned how to raise children who can bring about a better society. I agree with the first aspect of speaker’s assertion . However , how they are socialized is determined by today’s society , thus the society itself determines its own destiny .Besides , since the society has been changed hugely , we certainly have already risen children who can bring about a better one.

The society is combined by human-beings and represents the thoughts of the majority . Today’s children will be the majority of society and their thoughts shows the extent of their socialization. But their socialization is determined by the temporary society which represent the thoughts of temporary majority . Each generation’s socialization is guided by the last one and when they become the majority of the society , the society will determine the next one. This circulation seems to be still yet the society is developing because human who combines it are learning and progressing. It’s the society itself determines its future.

During the splendid history , our society has been changed a lot ,including economy ,culture and politics etc. Those people who bring about these to us were risen by this society. Those inventors and scientists ,like Einstein and Edison, brought us the new technology and convenience of life. Those artists and musicians ,like Monet and Beethoven, show us the beauty of life. Some politicians they help to relief the conflicts and bring us a piece society. Our society has risen so many outstanding mans ,which indicates that we have the capability but don’t know the right way.

After all, if we want to get a better society ,we should not just wait for the next generation to realize that but make our own efforts.

In sum, the speaker’s assertion is unreasonable. The destiny of society is determined by the society and we are able to cultivate children who can bring us a better society.

感觉后面论证的有点少，有点头重脚轻。。
关于社会的命运，应该不仅仅是孩子的社会化，还有教育，法律的健全等等。而在论述的时候甚至丝毫没有提到孩子的社会化。
第二个论点，我觉得应该集中于怎样建设更好的社会，而不是有没有教会孩子去建社会。

我觉得还应该加强破题的练习，还有对题目深层次的理解。

把想说的都说了，希望小薇表骂偶，我们肯定会有意见分歧，我觉得只有交流了对题目的理解才会深刻。我对题目的理解，也偏了，我这也是第一次写issue，我的更烂的说。

个人层面：每个人的基本权利才会受到保障。无论你的社会地位是高是低，无论你是否有钱，有权，在法律面前人人平等，犯法的就要受到惩罚，被侵害权利、利益的守法者会受到法律的保护。尼克松水门事件。
社会层面：人人遵守法律是民主社会的前提，没有守法的秩序就没有真正的自由。
抗争不公正
对于不公正的法律，我们都应该勇敢的反抗，争取公平的对待。
如果不去抗争，那么社会中一部分人会受到不公正待遇，会计划社会矛盾，导致社会动荡。如，美国黑人以前受种族歧视，黑人受到不公正的待遇，如公车后座。总是出现种族冲突、暴力，后来马丁路德金和一大片争取平等自由的斗士抗争，终于修正了法律，社会矛盾缓和。
抗争不公正的法律令我们的法律体系更加完善。每个人都应质疑法律，维护自己的权利。

即使是抗争不公正法律，也要遵守法律规定，不能采用违法手段。如金采用非暴力手段如集会演说游行等进行抗争，虽然浩大的民权运动使政府很头疼，这是合法的，言论自由，所以政府不能去干涉。如果他使用暴力手段，暗杀等，那么他本身要受到法律的惩罚。

"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

Should every individual in a society have a responsibility to obey just laws while to disobey and resist unjust laws, as this statement suggests? In response to this issue, we need to analyze the proposition comprehensively and systematically. Generally speaking, I do agree that every individual should obey just laws and disobey and resist unjust laws. However, the methods that we use to resist unjust laws should also be legal; otherwise we would be punished by laws. In my point, it is every citizen’s responsibility to obey just laws and disobey and resist unjust laws. Meanwhile, we also should pay attention to the methods we take in our resistance.

First and foremost, every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws. From the individual aspect, only by obeying just laws can basic rights of every individual be guaranteed. No matter how high your social status is or how rich or powerful you are, everyone is equal under the law. Once you have broken the law, you would have been punished while those who respect the law will be protected. Consider a convincing example——President Nixon. Although he was the president of America, he was impeached due to his withholding of information about his active role in the Watergate cover-up, which was illegal. As to society, I think that respecting laws is the fundament and precondition of a democratic society. There is no real democracy without respecting laws.

I also essentially agree with the speaker that we should resist bravely and fight for equality when it comes to unjust laws in two respects. Firstly, the resistance towards unjust laws contributes to alleviate some intensive social problems. If we complied with unjust laws, certain people, such as black American in 1960’s, would be treated unequally, thus intensifying social contradictions. Thereby, the stability of our society is threatened in the long run. One apt illustration of this point is Martin Luther King’s fight for eliminating discrimination of black American in some clauses of American laws. Had King and his fighters complied with the unjust laws about the blacks rather than fighting for equal treatment, African Americans might still have been relegated to the backs of buses, thereby racial violent conflicts would have happened more frequently. Secondly, resisting unjust laws plays an important role in the establishment of democratic society. As we all known, law is the cornerstone of the democracy, while flaws such as some unjust clauses will undermine the underpinnings of any democratic society. Thereby it is our essential responsibility to point out, or even resist these flaws aiming at consummating laws and furthermore, for having a better democratic society.

Nevertheless, the speaker seems fail to take into account the methods of resistance. Illegal methods can’t be used even for a just invention. Just as King said, people can’t achieve virtuous invention by vice method, because the method is like seed and the invention is like the tree. He did what he had said. Only legal methods such as demonstration and giving speeches were used in the whole motion. And Gandhi, who liberated India peacefully just by demonstration is another compelling example. If someone resists unjust laws by illegal method, such as murder for revenging, he will also be punished by law, since he has broken law.

In sum, the attitudes in the two situations the speaker mentioned are indispensible whether to every individual or to whole society. Obeying just laws guarantees individual’s right as well as society stability and democracy while resisting unjust laws consummates law system and consolidates the fundament of our democratic society, but whole process of resistance should be legal.
