Should the colleage and university require all faculty spend time on working outside the academica world in professions have to do with the course they teach ,in order to rise the quality of  instruction and university level?I agree with the professor often work outside the academic in field relevent to the courses they teach in the part time, their profession background will helpful to college and students

To begin with ,the statement has the two fudemental conditions, which professors should spend tome on working outside academica world  in professions have to do with the course they teach.First of all, the outsid work ensure the major work has little bad effects.If the professor pay more attention on outside work ,the quality of teaching will be reduced resulting from one's energy can not do two things in the same time.In other side ,some yields must require practice,for example act ,performace. Their profession and outside work has significant link.

Aside from its utility , there are three benefits.First, the  prfessor learn about the latest information in professoins and share these  informatin  with other professors and students.The theroy in book can teach student the konwlege system and profession skill .Hence the ways the student konw the change and the direction of reaserch in their yield is limit.The professor play a important role to guide students find their study interesting .especially in the business college.They need living case -to-case analysie. Second, altough the konwlege in book is compelte and system,the theroy are domenates by practice has more persure to reaserchers .Scince always develp,the prior theroy is reformed by more exactly study .Copernicus graduatly supecious the theroy in the bookes when he was a professor in the univesty in 1499. And he decided to study a new theroy.He spend almost thirty yeas to report the new theroy that creat significant influence to further astroloy .When the professor work in yield releveant to the course they teach,they also found flaws in the theroies or uses of therories in book.Therefore,their practice experiment is combine with teahing . Thirdly, the professor's work help the  college and university to reform reaserch enviroment .Sometimes ,professors outside work is used by college and university.For information system and information a instance, the professor design a students grade evalution system ,the project reduce the pressure to manage students grade and teach student in this major how to design a practice system .It is more effective compare with rigid teaching. To measure the quality of  instruction and university level, the student profession is emphesis as one of  important aspects. In fact,their professors cultivation has great influence to their carrer and reaserch intersting .

In sum ,either  practice reserch or teaching should not been overlook,both influence the quality of instructiong at the college and university level.
