没啥话可说，而且感觉语法错误会比较多。
提纲：
1、  法律的公正与否本来就难于区分
2、  即便对于不公正的法律，人们还是应当遵守，否则法律将失去意义
3、  人们可以通过法律手段来修改法律，使法律更加公正和完善

题目：ISSUE17 - "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

1963, in the open letter “Letter from Birmingham Jail”, Martin Luther King claims that " there are two types of laws: just and unjust.One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws." Tens of years have past, should we follow the steps of Martin Luther King to fight for the just laws? I disagree with this idea.

Firstly, although laws are legislated basely on justice, it is hard to distinguish the laws between just and unjust. Is it preferable for a dozen guilty people to go free rather than to punish one innocent person unjustly?  Or is it sometimes necessary to punish innocent people so that no guilty person escapes justice? Each individual may have his own opinion on these questions. Law is a system of rules usually enforced through a set of institutions. Different authority may have different understanding of justice. And the laws may reflect the understanding. Due to diverse of values and purposes, it is common that people may have opposite point of view on justice of law. However, laws are too important that everyone must obey without any reason and excuse. Obeying the laws no matter just or unjust is the basic obligation of everybody.

Secondly, even if there are some unjust laws, should we disobey or even resist them? If we disobey and resist the laws we are considered unjust, could other people disobey and resist the other laws they are considered unjust? If we have conflicts on whether some laws are just or not, what should we do? If all the laws are considered unjust, what laws should we obey? If it is a good way for a society to get rid of the bad laws by allowing its people to disobey the laws they think not equal, there will only be a mess since every law can be resisted by any group of people. And the word “law” won’t make sense any more.

Thirdly, compared to disobeying and resisting unjust laws, amending the law in the legal way is a better choice. In the constitution of Untied States, Article Five describes the process necessary to amend the Constitution. The authors of the Constitution were clearly aware that changes would be necessary from time to time if the Constitution was to endure and cope with the effects of the anticipated growth of the nation. From 1791 to now, 27 amendments of constitution have been enacted. Laws change on their way to be more just. Though we are ban on disobeying or resisting the laws, we have the rights to amend the laws legally.

In sum, when it comes to the law, every citizen must obey. At the same time, remember we have the rights to amend the laws. We need to create a more justice laws by the legal way.
